For fans of the original classic instant camera, you will find this product makes no concessions in providing as close to the same experience as possible. The camera uses both i-Type and 600 film, and the photos come out beautifully. The lens focus is surprisingly good, whether from very close (like 3 feet) or very far (across the street, pictures of my house were very colorful and highly detailed). The OneStep 2 has a timer for self/group pictures, which is old school. It comes with a recharging cable and advertises 60-day battery life - I didn't have to charge it out of the box and have been using it sporadically for a week without any power issues. Lastly, the camera itself just feels nice. It feels a little smaller and lighter than the original Polaroid, but it doesn't appear to sacrifice any functionality. My kids enjoyed messing around with it, and as a single-button instant camera with very good lens focus, there's no harsh learning curve. I loved playing with this camera, and I was impressed with my photos. Not hard to highly recommend. Full disclosure, I received this product for my honest, unbiased review.
