I bought this camera as a gift back in September. It took very bice photos early on, however, after 3 months owning it the picture quality started becoming not so good. I didnt think it was normal. There was alot of random spots and faded lines in the photo. Tried to contact support by phone, keeps throwing me to voice mail. Left a voice mail, no one cared to call me back. I sent an email, and still didn’t get a reply back. Polaroid’s website was hard to navigate as well. Awesome canera at first, but terrible quality and very bad customer support unfortunately.

It’s a great camera! Just read the instructions, took me a while to get the hang of. Perfect for family photos.

You are obviously looking for the Polaroid experience, you miss (like I did) having the picture printed few minutes after the scene is taken and/or you want to add a vintage experience to a party. This machine is clearly the natural evolution to the classic experience. You can still print your picture after taking it and depending your film selection your b/w or color pictures will be after few minutes available to you but additionally, and after downloading the app that synchronizes your phone with your polaroid, you could add some important features that in the past you were not able to do and you missed from using your reflex: remote (to do the picture using your phone as remote), the self timer, exposure control or manual setup for speed and exposure. Other functionality is (in my opinion) less exciting but could be useful if you plan to share a picture in your social media, comes from scanning automatically your image after being printed. The software recognizes the white frame from the polaroid photo and keeps only the image. I recommend for developing the picture with the best quality to follow the instructions about the exposure, the film storage and time of protection from light. After many pictures I am quite happy with the quality obtained. I need to add that my expectations were clear, I never tried to have same or similar quality as with my professional camera for big angles, nature or portraits but in the family we are very happy to have the polaroid for the immediate pictures and the photo booth style (without renting a big expensive machine).

Good old fashion instant print. Quality is good and app is good.

its a decent camera nothing too crazy but satisfactory enough.

Struggled to get good photographs. Not sure if defective unit. I am a professional photographer, and couldn't get consistent results with this polaroid. Ended up returning it. Photos were always over or under exposed, no matter what settings I changed.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it! No waiting for pictures.
