I understand Dji made the remote for the Mavic as portable as possible but the way the arms hold a larger phone is just uncomfortable. The polar pro mount is a must have if you are not happy with The ergonomics of the remote. Dji should have included a piece like this. Polarpro to the rescue.

This is a great addition to the mavic pro if you want to be able to view the information that is shown on the mavic remote.. the build quality is excellent One addition that would make this the best MavicPilots holder would be a larger top clamp so you could hold large tablet or iPad

Did what I needed it to... just clip it in the controller and adjust the mount to fit your device and you are done.

I bought this so that I’d have an extra option to use my phone with my Mavic Pro controller. It easily attaches and comfortably holds phone in place.

Love this thing! It’s tiny, easy to pop on and off, and stores perfectly in my bag without being awkward to place. Wish I’d found this mount first...

I've been looking for a great phone mount for the mavic pro. I saw this at bestbuy and i immediately bought it. This fits perfectly with the controller and mounts pretty much all phone sizes. Its tiring to look down on your phone while using the mavic pro controller and all the sunlight glairs on my phone screen. this product fixes all that since your phone will be directed at you just like how the phantom controllers are. Great product.

My galaxy s10 didnt really fit into the dji mavic pro 2 controller so I opted to get this. It holds my phone well and is easy/quick to put onto the controller. So far I havent had the phone fall off the controller while flying so that's a plus.

this comes in super handy, Holds your phone perfectly, and you never have to struggle to hook up your phone to your controller ever again.

The clamp doesn’t secure as tight as I would like (can pop-off) but works pretty good

I needed a way to mount my iPhone to the Mavic Pro controller without having to remove my Otterbox case every time I wanted to fly. This mount works almost perfectly. The Polar Pro mounts to the remote solidly and the clamp for the phone has 2 mounting positions to allow you to hold your phone at the best angle for you. My only complaint is the jaws on the clamp itself are just barely deep enough to hold my phone with the Otterbox. I've never had a problem with the phone staying attached to the controller, but if you bump it you could pop the phone out of the cradle, and it wouldn't take a big bump to do that. That aside, I'm very pleased with the mount, and it stores folded up in a small enough package that it fits in my Mavic bag along with all the other stuff I have crammed in there.

It is compact, easy to use and looks and feel very well done. It comes in two pieces. Very functional

This is one of the most convenient mounts for the Mavic Pro I have used. Just unfold it, clip it on and go. It also folds/breaks down for quick and easy storage. I've actually been able to fit it into the bag with the controller that comes with the Fly More Combo. It is plastic, but I think it would take some work to break this. The clamp also securely holds the phone while in use. I've had it for a while and I've had zero issues.

Bought this thinking that since the Mavic and the Sparks remotes are so similar in size it would work on the spark...it doesn't. But it seems that if I had the Mavic is would be great

I was hesitant @ $25.00 for a small piece of plastic, but it did solve one issue I had when using my iphone6+ with my Mavic controller. That being, when my phone’s installed in the handles of the controller, the left handle covers most of the iphones home button, making it a pain to launch the dji ap. By putting the phone up top, its now free and clear. Yes, you need to run a short lightning cable from the side to the phone as the original dji side cable wont reach, but thats a minor issue to me vs what I gain. Big negative would be the price. Polar pro makes some cool gadgets, just over priced IMO.

It was nice and it's fitment was good but it would loosen as I turned. Even when I had the base adjusted tightly it would still loosen at a sudden movement.

Decent holder. Only holds phones, and nothing larger.

Use it with my note 9, fits good and very easy to install

Bought it to hold my phone with the case on. I like how it hold from behind the transmitter, but the only drawback to that is it blocks the antennas from folding up.

I'm quite happy with the external phone mount. It holds my S8+ with otter box in an easy to see position and doesn't interfere with controls at all. Would be nice if it went a bit bigger to hold a small tablet as my phone about puts it at its limit. Make sure you buy the longer cable you'll need to use it.

It fits but the quality is not the best. It might be better if the clamp is spring loaded.
