The hood itself is really well made and does the job you want it to do. Having said that, I'll just point out the obvious "flaw". I'm guessing very few people use a full size tablet to control their drone. They should make a version of this for a mini tablet screen. As is, the hood makes handling the controller a little unwieldy and requires that the bolt holding the tablet in place be sufficiently tightened to keep it from flopping over while flying.

Works as advertised. Directions are horrible. Makes big difference while flying on a sunny day. Be careful width between tablet and cover are almost too wide for controller holder. Tablet might fall off.

I do find this useful to keep out the glare on my ipad while flying my Phantom drone. I am downsizing soon the Ipad Mini 4 and a smaller version of the same glare shield.
