Runs on one AAA Battery. Well made very strong drop it so many times and still works find. Not That Bright but for small tasks It Works find Just Buy Rechargeable Batteries and your good to go. will recommend if you get it on sale.

About several of them on a whim While I wasin line Because they wer only 5 Bucks. They are bright, sturdy, well made and well worth the cost!

Nice to see a company actually claim an accurate number for the lumens. Best of all, NO annoying modes. No one over the age of 11 needs their flashlight to strobe. However, unless you really need the compactness, those other AA lights with the zoom that are all over the internet are cheaper and brighter.

The Light That Packs a Punch

Weight is not an issue. The single LED light is phenomenal. Much easier to use than the cellphone light, and most more reliable than a MAG. This is such a great flashlight and a price to match, that I had to purchase 2 more.
