And now the light just shuts off for no reason. I changed the batteries and it still just shuts off after like 10 seconds being on. Of course it’s past the return date. Didn’t think I needed a warranty on this simple device. But now I’m screwed. I’ll have to now talk with the company. Hopefully they will help me with this as I have no paperwork /packaging.

1. Please send your flashlight in the mail to our team. Please make sure to include a piece of paper and put it in your box with your name, address, email address and phone number. Our address is:

2. Our team will inspect your light to see what the problem might be. If we find that your flashlight has a manufacturer’s defect, we will be happy to replace it at no cost to you. Corrosion is not covered under warranty! This process typically takes 2-3 weeks once we receive your flashlight in our office.
As always, we stand behind the quality of our products.
3. We will ship you a flashlight that works properly to you. If yours is having a simple issue, we will repair it and send it back. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will be happy to replace your flashlight with a new product. Please note: if you take your flashlight apart to try to repair it yourself, it will automatically void our warranty.
