It sounds good when it works. Unfortunately, the bass cuts out fairly often and the only way to gwt the bass back is to turn it off and turn it back on. Rather annoying as it happens at least once a day. I have had it happen 3 times in 2 hours one night. One other annoying thing is that it doesn't always turn on when you turn the tv on as it should, so you have to pull the dedicated remote out to turn the power on.

Hello, we apologize for the issues you are experiencing. For troubleshooting. try a power rest on the soundbar, then disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable on the bar. This should re-establish communication between Bar and TV. Regarding the wireless subwoofer, the Soundbar communicates with the subwoofer via RF. Other nearby wireless devices, including wireless routers, can cause communication issues. Try relocating the subwoofer or other nearby wireless devices. The various modes for specialized hearing needs puts this over the top, from night time to dialogue boost Polk scores all 10s.

Loved my Polk S2 for the basement tv that I bought this one for my living room upstairs. Literally the day after the return window closed get constant static and can’t even listen to the tv. Haven’t even had it a month and now will have to purchase a new one. Very disappointed.

Do not buy. 2x defective. Replaced the first speaker & subwoofer because the subwoofer was constantly cutting in and out. Assumed it was a one-time bug. Ordered a new one (under warranty) and quickly began having the same exact issue. These speakers do not work, don't waste your time or money.
