This system is exactly what I needed for the bedroom TV. It was very easy to set up and paired easily with my Samsung Smart TV.Although not a surround system it gives good range and does have good separation.Good value for the price. I also like the size as it almost disappears in front of the TV.

This soundbar is a perfect fit for my application. It sounds good and provides a nice amount of bass. It was easy to connect though the optical connection. I am disappointed in a few items. First, the HDMI port will only work through an ARC connection on the TV. Second, it does not get very loud probably because of its size. Finally, and most disappointing, the remote is awful. It randomly goes into programming mode when pressing the volume buttons. I was unable to program my cable remote to control the bar using the instructions provided. The bar and remotes would never sync properly. I was able to get the cable remote to function by using the instructions that came with that remote. However, it has the same problem of entering into programming mode when using the volume buttons.

The sound is awesome and the with the price, this package is perfect. Easy set up, great sound, and simple remote.

This sound bar is very good, loving the quality and output, it's small and could virtually fit almost any setup, the app support is poor but I didn't really buy it because I wanted to use it with my phone. I needed something for my TV that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg and that could hold it's own and this is it! awesome for watching movies the sound is powerful and clear, the sub bass frequencies are very deep just an excellent all around 2.1 sound system.

I bought it for a second home that I just bought. Very easy to setup (I did it with the included optical cable and directly to TV with no receiver) good sound with a nice bass for a small to medium room, small enough to place in front of the TV without sacrificing looks. Even my wife is happy with it! I will update when I connect it it to a receiver.

This Polk sound bar was easy to setup. Easy to sync bluetooth. The price was great. And the sound, bigger and better than most other brands of soundbars ive encountered. I highly recommended this product.

I have owned the Polk Magnifi Mini soundbar for over 4 years and bought a second for my parents. The small size is unique and I see more manufacturers like Sonos, LG, and Vizio are trying to offer comparable products. Setup is very easy with HDMI ARC, digital optical, or 3.5mm. I had it connected to a 2016 50" Westinghouse 4K TV via optical cable and was very pleased with the performance especially with Dolby audio formats. Individual adjustments for the Bass and Voice on the remote are perfect. Recently I bought a newer TCL 4 Series Roku TV and hooked it up to ARC. Nice to be able to use the Roku remote to control the volume. Bluetooth music streaming has also worked well. My number one frustration with this unit has been the Google Home app and Chromecast functionality. I was seldom able to get my Motorola phones to connect properly and strange glitches would happen where adjusting the volume would suddenly mute the soundbar. I finally removed the unit from the app and have not had any problems since. Polk recently released the Magnifi Mini AX with Atmos and DTS:X but i can't understand why that unit is double the price of the regular Mini. In summary if you are looking for a solid performer about the same size as a shoe then this is a great choice.

Wow what great sound from a compact sound bar. I did not want something that was going to take up a lot of space and be an eyesore. This was perfect for myself and my husband gets the sound he wants.

Bought these for music in a small room. Plenty of power/volume. Good bass. Not a lot of tone control, which is too bad, because it needs some. If you're able to run your sound through an EQ of some sort, you can make this sound pretty good.

Could not believe my ears when I heard this Polk unit at my Best Buy in Fort Myers Florida. The sounds were pure and the voices were easy to understand and music sounded great. My old sound bar garbled the voices and made it hard to watch television. This unit allows me to hear the conversations on television easily. There is a button on the remote which allows me to choose the listening methods I prefer. You can set the unit for movie or conversation or music. I showed my cousin my unit and he went out and bought the exact same unit

Actually for the price, size, sound and amazing quality, this is a nice 5:1. I typically use very high endproducts and this has not been a disappointment for the small living room area. Big sound from a small console

I have a klipsch sound bar and this polk, and the polk was half the price and packs nearly same sound. It is clear full of power and small!

I wanted big sound when watching films but I also wanted something that sounded great for watching regular tv at night. Initially I wasn't impressed with this product in the store and felt it lacked bass, but upon inspection the Best Buy I went to didn't have the Subwoofer plugged in so once that was rectified I was able to hear it and I was very impressed. Pros: Compact, Multiple Sounds Profiles, The ability to adjust Bass and Voice channels individually, Night Time Mode is great for tv at night when others are in bed. Cons: I wanted a 3 channel sounder for a fuller sound with clearer dialogue. This is a 2.1 channel which really does a fantastic job of simulating the 3rd channel and the dialogue is very clear so for me it wasn't a deal breaker but if you really want a 3 channel system then opt for the Magni-Fi Max. I really couldn't find any faults with this unit. I love it. The Best Buy sales people kept telling me over and over to get the Samsung or the LG cause it will sound so much better. DONT BUY IT. Samsung makes great TVs and so does LG but when it comes to sound systems you're much better off buying equipment manufactured by a sound company, Bose, Polk, Yamaha, JBL. You will almost always receive a superior product that sounds a lot better. Look at it this way, Samsung made the speakers that came in your tv, why would you want a more expensive version of that?

My title says it all. This bar has a very nice sound for the size. The sound stage it creates is definitely bigger than its size. Dialogues are very audible even in low volumes. Most effective night mode i have ever heard yet. If you are an audiophile or if you have had high end sound systems, you will notice the deficiencies in this mini. Its a good value for money as it comes with subwoofer as well which works great with the sound bar and its impressive. I am keeping it as i needed a sound bar that can help me understand the vocals during night while kids are sleeping and this sound bar does it.

I was reluctant to purchase this system since the speakers seemed small...however, they really pack a punch and sound great. I would definitely buy them again.

I remember spending a lot of time finding the perfect speaker+subwoofer pair. Perfect for gaming, watching shows and movies… it is ESPECIALLY wonderful when it comes to listening to music!!! I swear the bass is wayyyy better than some of the club speakers in Las Vegas HAHA

Polk system is physically small but provides expansive sound...leaves room on your mantel for things other than a sound bar. Wireless sub adds nice depth

This is a small yet powerful sound system. I don’t have much space but this amplifier is just right and can be heard throughout the house I love it

My new TV did everything but produce sound loud and clear enough to hear across the room. I couldn’t hook up my surround sound, and was constantly asking my friend, “What did he say?”. The new Polk sound bar has changed my TV experience. I can now hear and understand the dialogue. This small sound bar packs a lot of features in an easy to set up solution to a problem.

We got this for our kid’s game-room to match with a TV we purchased (same day) from Best Buy. I really didn’t have any expectations, I really thought, “alright, it’s a small unit with a large subwoofer...” we got home, plugged it in... HDMI ARC, My lord. The game-room isn’t necessarily large, but it isn’t small either. The sound from this little bar is insane. Wether you’re listening to music, watching a movie, or putting on Grey’s Anatomy for the thousandth time (oldest addicted to that show lol) - the sound is sort of shocking. I placed the subwoofer sort of at the corner of the room and from upstairs you can hear, and feel that thing producing some really great sound. In the room you definitely feel the sound. Outside the room, say in the bathroom, or the hallway; it’s like you’re walking through a movie theater to grab some popcorn. Best Soundbar choice I’ve made randomly lol Happy with the purchase.
