Just moved to a new apartment and needed to downsize from my 7 speaker surround sound system. Not only did I need something sleek and small in general, but I decided I wanted to go with a soundbar, and it had to fit in a certain space in the entertainment center, which was only a 30" opening. This proved VERY difficult to find, and almost none of the vendors (including Best Buy) allow you to search by size. There are basically zero options for me, at least from brand names I trust, that had good reviews, so I tried this one out. Much to my pleasant surprise the sound quality is great, powerful, and perfect for my use as someone who watches a TON of TV and movies. The setup is really easy and using the Bluetooth connect has been fun. So far, I am a believer in this Polk system and would definitely recommend it.

We have 3 sound bars in our home. This is by far my favorite one. Sounds and quality is great for the price. It is also the smallest of the 3.

I have a more expensive sound bar with more features but I think this sound bar sounds better. I would highly recommend this device for music, movies and gaming. Worth the money spent.

I was totally amazed at the sound that comes out of this unit. Although it isn't a true surround or Dolby Atmos capable, it is incredible. I have an old TV cabinet and can't fit a giant soundbar. This fits perfectly. The subwoofer packs a thump. I was also impressed with the musical capabilities when using my Bluetooth. My friend and I were listening to classical piano music and at one point the last note on the song hit and we could heR the lingering sound of that note just like we were sitting next to a piano. Great unit for the price.

OK, I am not a fan in general regarding these speaker systems because I've always felt they are a poor substitute for "the real thing", meaning, a full blown speaker system. With that being said, I have had this system for over a month now having bought it to compliment the Samsung 82 inch 4K TV we just upgraded to. Regardless of the TV's you purchase today, the speakers are sub par at best. This Polk audio system is UNBELIEVABLE!! The technology that makes the voice easier to hear is AMAZING and the size of the unit, the wireless sub-woofer and the easy to use remote all add up to make this a great system at an outstanding value!! The price makes it only that much better. The sound is incredible and the fact that the unit is so small and does not become the focal point of your setup does not indicate how BIG and clear the sound is. I highly recommend this Polk sound system. Thanks Best Buy for having this as an alternative to the "typical" sound bar/speaker setup!!

I was at BB and saw this on sale. For the price (and the size) I thought it was by far the best one there. Actually much better than a lot of more expensive ones. So I bought it. And I was not disappointed. It was easy to hook up, and it sounds as good as I hoped. My only complaint was that the sync between the video and audio was off. That's the bad news. But the good news is that they actually included a real phone number, with real people, and the person there showed me how to fix it. So all's good. I have no reservations about this. For the price and size, it's excellent.

Due to space limitations in my living room, and an awareness that the size of audio equipment and the quality or volume of the equipment have no relation, I sought a compact solution. This proved perfect. Loud, clear sound with superb base. The remote control for the sound system is easy to use.

Good sound and well built, but the mids leave a little to be desired. Not bad for the price though

I bought this product for use with my 43" Samsung smart TV. I am happy with the sound quality. This product is more than powerful enough for my family room. I like the option to increase the sound of voices - so I can better hear movies conversations. It was very easy to pair this product with my TV. This product comes with Google Chrome Cast - I have not figured out how this works, but it's not important since I have Google Play on my TV. Also, with this product's Bluetooth, I can listen to music on my cell phone.

Love it’s size and sound need a new sound system my system died

Excellent. I bought a cheaper tv for my shop and was already planning on buying speakers. Everything I looked at had fancy lights or was to small. This was a little more than I was wanting to spend but more than worth it. Many different connect options and the sound is great. Glad I spend a little more. May look at purchasing for my basement also.

Was looking at several other soundbars and had read online reviews as my 4 year old Philips soundbar (really looks like a shelf) was fading and was not HDMI/ARC compatible. Wandered around my local Best Buy, happy to be able to again, testing out the displayed systems. Shaking my head at the prices for some of them. A very friendly salesperson walked by, stopped and started a conversation about the Sony $500+ soundbar that I was looking at. He asked me some questions about what I watched more of movies, shows, sports or gaming. I responded that I do all of those things. He then asked about the size of the room where the main TV was located as well as a few other audio related questions. He walked me over to another display and showed me the Polk systems, stating that for voice clarity, they could not be beat in the price range. After listening to the demos and a few next to that display. I settled on the MagniFi Mini. Not only was the vocal quality good but the music and surround bass was very nice. After purchasing and getting the system home, it actually took me longer to remove and untangle the old setup than it did to setup and get the first sounds out of the new system. With the previously mentioned HDMI/ARC connection, I no longer needed to use two remotes, my Sony TV remote now controls the MagniFi Mini, but just for power on and off and volume changes. The MagniFi Mini remote also has other presets for sports, movies & music, as well as feature that I've come to love, Night Mode. Night Mode raises the voice quality and lowers the bass with one button. This is especially helpful as my main bedroom is right off of the family room were my main TV sits and my girlfriend goes to bed much earlier than I do. I would have given this a much higher rating, but the bass gets really tinny and sounds like it's just shaking at the higher levels. Movies do sound like you are at the theater and the surround sound is immersive. For my ears and this price, a great bargain.

I wanted something much shorter than most soundbars, this was perfect. The subwoofer sounds great, connected easily, and doesn't take up a bunch of room. I've had Polks in the past and they always sound good. I like the simple remote and ability to raise /lower the voices and background noise. Plus night mode is perfect for limiting the base at night. I wasn't able to use just the HDMI cord for hookup (I still don't know why, I gave up). The remote does need to be pointed right at the soundbar, but for us it isn't an issue. Not the cheapest, but I got it on sale. And.. you get what you pay for. I'm very happy with this system.

Great soundbar for the price. It’s not the loudest, but atleast it’s produce crisp and clear audio. I liked it because of the low profile look.

The sales person was really patient and showed me ALL of the product the store had, but for the price and small size, the sound blew me away and works great with the google assistant.
