The Polk Audio ST35 speaker was guaranteed by the sales agent to be compatible with the tv that I ordered. I specifically asked this question several times over because I am technology challenged and I have no way of making that assessment on my own. 3 weeks later the installers arrived. The installers informed me that the Polk XT35 speaker was not compatible with the tv and they would have to come back when we received a compatible speaker. The rest of the story gets downright ugly. I could not possibly recreate the entire scenario, but having talked with several Best Buy customer service agents who barely spoke English - the whole scenario turned into a nightmare. You can't speak to a supervisor with the authority to fix the problem. Today I believe I spoke with 4 different agents trying to get a correct speaker for our TV. Two of the agents said I would have to call back tomorrow. The other 2 just disappeared without an inkling of resolution. Why would I have to wait to get a corrected speaker tomorrow? It made no sense and seemed like a delay tactic. Most businesses take care of their mistakes upon the customer identifying the problem. Not so with Best Buy. And to top it off, the last 2 agents said I would have to go to a Best Buy store and get a remedy there. When Best Buy agents put this package together you would think they could determine with certainty the compatibility between the speaker and the TV? They were asked this question more than once. Why should I have to drive 90+ minutes each way to fix an error made by Best Buy customer service? Why should the customer be responsible to return the wrong item to the store!! And again, this would make anyone's blood boil. This is only half of the story. I hope supervisors or someone with authority actually read the chats pertaining to the order entry part of this transaction. I was so frustrated over a period of days. It turned out to be a big mistake. The TV is difficult to use, only has one remote clicker. but the picture is really nice. Turns out this TV was a big mistake as well as, buying at Best Buy.

Great look and sound very easy to hook up to any system

I bought this because I was beginning to have a difficult time hearing dialogue from my TV speakers. This instantly corrected the issue, and now I don’t strain or struggle to hear the dialogue and movies or any TV show. It has an amazing amount of bass for being a center channel but the highs in mid range are very impressive.

Sounds great and small. It fits right below my TV and the it sounds good.

A little bigger than the one it is replacing. Sounds good and no rattles. Well made. First thing I listened to was a jazz piano. Sounded so good I thought a piano was in my family room. Needless to say it is crystal clear. Give it a clear signal and you won't be disappointed.

Surprisingly good sound from a smaller speaker cone width than my past center channel speakers. Another excellent Polk product.

Had to downsize the center channel speaker and was surprised it was an improvement. Tighter bass that 2 - 6.5 inch woofers. Just watched a very loud top gun and it kept up with full size fronts no problem with over driving them.

I bought this to replace my t30 huge upgrade didnt think its be much of a difference but it is. Im going to slowly upgrade to all .but this sound out of this is amazing. I put in justice league just to test it out. And supermans voice dieing echo so clear and loud i had to turn it down. I have 5 polk speakers 2 sony sub and 2 sony atmos this might be my new start of a junkie. I love the sound.

This is a serious center channel speaker. Build quality and sound are excellent. I would have given 5 stars if it had banana plug inputs.

One of my first speakers I got when I decided my HTIB wasn't cutting it. Sounds great, looks cool, fits under my TV. Only problem was it opened a worm hole of me upgrading other speakers too.

I purchased my center channel to finalize my system on my entertainment system is was my final piece and i absolutely love the performance and how it brightens my overall sound

This purchase was caused by the purchase of a new tv. The previous center speaker was too high. I don’t notice much improvement in the sound

Too freaking Good!! The front firing ports and powerful tweeters make a huge difference!! I switched out my T30 with this and it made such a huge difference! Unbelievable. Love it.

Bought this to pair with a set of XT60 tower speakers and a pair of Polk audio height ( dolby atmos speakers). Crystal clear sound, loud enough to where the voices dont get drowned out by all the other audio coming from the other speakers. Best bang for the buck!
