If youre looking to hear clear highs and lows then forget it. I always feel like some parts of the musuc ate are missing. Just not a nice full range of sounds. Very flat in my opinion.

Changed the speaker wire to see if that would help but that didn’t make any difference. Bought them and had to work out of town for a few months so didn’t plug them in until May and by this time they were out of warranty so can’t return them and if anyone is considering buying them, don’t bother, pay a little more and get something different.

They Don't Make Them Like They Used To

Excellent economy tower speakers

They would be tough small tower speakers to beat for this price. You'll need a subwoofer if you want loud and punchy bass, but these are great for all around listening. Quality seems to be decent, no apparent flaws.

Together with a new AVR, they replaced my 20+ year-old Sony SAVA-D900 system, which finally broke down altogether. All I want is decent sound for my television and occasional music, and these speakers do just that, even without a subwoofer.

Thank you for your feedback. You may want to play around with the speaker positioning to better improve the bass response. It is possible the bass frequencies are getting reflected by a wall or being caught in a corner and the speakers need a bit more space to allow for them to better project bass and sound deeper. You can experiment with this or add a subwoofer for better overall bass response within your system.
