This was a great wireless speaker that I wanted to love, but unfortunately it did not connect to our Polk Magnifi Soundbar. Had we known ahead of time that we would (some day) be expanding our home audio system, we would have opted for the Omni sound bar instead. Our fault. Polk has a good reputation – just wish we would have done more research ahead of time. Thanks Best Buy for your great return policy. Someone got a super deal on this open box item!

Works and sounds great. Easy set up with no problems.

I have been very pleased with the Polk Omni S2 rechargeable speaker. The sound is very good for a small speaker. The PlayFi app works well with my existing wifi. I can stream from any of my devices or from on-line sources like Pandora and Internet radio.

Good sound. Use them at the pool. Sometimes have to do the entire set up process again when I feel that I should not have to do it a 2nd or third time. Jury out as to whether I would purchase again as I am in them for about $390.

Blown away by this little speaker. Great amount of bass! I am a little disappointed that Polk has not released the update to sync with the SB1 to create 5.1 surround sound for when I am watching movies, but linking the S2R with the SB1 for music is really nice. Be forewarned though... Polk advertises that all newer units come with a Bluetooth adapter. I bought 2 of these from Best Buy and there was only 1 Bluetooth adapter, so I would check them before you leave the store (may have been some older units).

Great sound from this wireless speaker but if you leave it unplugged overnight it will need charged before you can use it again. The battery life when not in use is less than 24 hours as it is always looking for a wifi connection, even when not in use. I haven't found a way to turn it off but maybe I'm missing something.

The sound quality on these are great. Battery life is ok and you have to always charge since There is no way to turn off.

I was originally looking for a wireless speaker to play in the garage. Downloading the Polk went smoothly. Streamed music from my phone and was very impressed with the sound quality of this speaker. I bought it when it was on sale for half price. I read that you could add another speaker and set them up in stereo. Went back to Best Buy and bought another S2. Sounds great in a stero set up.

Excellent addition to a home audio system. The Polk system provides a great sound st an affordable price.

Quickly charge and seems to last for hours. Easy connect and reliable Wi-Fi connection even outside.

Great little speaker with big sound. Sound quality is surprising, spacial effect is excellent. Placed it in the kitchen where my wife likes to hear music through Pandora, the quality of the sound is fantastic for such a little unit. No batteries to charge and worry about.

These speakers are great by themselves, but when you add the Polk app. they're fantastic!!

I have been very satisfied with all the Polk Audio wireless products we have purchased (i.e. Omni S2, S6, sb1 plus). The sounds quality is excellent!! Too bad the S2 rechargeable is being discontinued.

Like the fact that I can merge this speaker with my sound bar. That's the only reason I bought it. Connecting is a pain sometimes. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long. Ok sound. Much better Stand alone speakers out there. Just wanted a wireless surround to go with my OK sound bar the omni plus. Not great but it's ok for the money. If I had an option I would just go with a true surround system. Just can't run the wires.

I love that Polk added this true wireless system. I had the older system and upgraded as soon as I knew this one came out.

This speaker can be used in different positions (horizontally and vertically) and sounds great for a small wireless speaker.

Volume up button sticks on rechargeable unit, and that means full volume on all speakers any time this one is included. The company new what the problem was when I called because they have seen it many times. Doesn't say much for Polk quality control...
