This is the third set of Polk Audio outdoor speakers I have purchased. I have a set on my driveway, my side deck, and backyard by the fire ring. All hooked up to a 6 zone amplifier. Great setup that I would recommend to anyone that likes to spend time outdoors with a little background music. But don’t get me wrong, they get LOUD even powered by my 30 watts per channel amp.

The jury is out on whether or not these speakers are really the SAME exact speakers at the Polk Atrium 5 speakers. I've read a lot of stuff that says they are the same, but slightly different grill and only sold through Best Buy -- but at a much cheaper price. Either way, for my needs (patio music and maybe a movie or two), these speakers at this price are pretty great. I'm not an audiophile, and im SURE there are better speakers with more punch to them, but for me, they are great. Additional bonus is that the audio is somewhat directional on them. If you go to the sides, the volume drops off a lot vs right in front of them. It works great for me, because I don't have to worry about my neighbors complaining -- but the area that I do want to listen to them in sounds great.

I was up in the air between these Polk outdoor speakers or the higher priced Bose . After a lot of research I decided to give the Polks a try. Out of the box, I was impressed with the appearance and overall durable look of the speaker. After running a high quality 14/2 all weather speaker wire, I installed both speakers and wired them within a half hour. I even added an exterior volume control to keep from having to go indoors to raise or lower the volume. The speakers sounded great. Very impressive highs and lows and very crisp clean sound. Looking forward to a lot of entertaining and relaxing on my deck for years to come.

Bought these to replace older Atrium outdoor speakers. I think these are less wattage than my old ones but they are great regardless. I certainly would not recommend testing these for long periods of time at max volume but for great sound at comfortable levels for outdoor gatherings these cant be beat.

Really impressed with these speakers! Really clear and sound crisp and hold up under the weather even though they are not covered. I also have the Niles rock speakers which were more expensive and these things blow them out of the water. Everyone that comes over is impressed!

I replaced two no-name outdoor speakers with these two Patio 200s and the difference was night and day. I've even found myself having to turn down the default volume level on my system. My only complaint/concern is there is no cover for the terminals. I'm not sure what sort of long-tail effect the weather will have on the exposed terminals. Only time will tell.

These were a great purchase for our back porch. It is simple to install and has great audio.

Excellent choice. Crisp, clear sound that fills the yard without carrying over to the neighbors. Able to have conversations without yelling over them. As far as I can tell, they are the atrium 5s at a better price point.

Needed speakers for new church TODAY due to installer availability. Found these after checking at other brick-n-mortar retailers. So glad I did. Clean look with white speakers, easy setup and position adjustment. Plays clean mids and lows better than typical surround sound speakers. Probably because they're "outdoor" speakers where you wouldn't rely on a subwoofer.

It's easy to get critical and compare apples to oranges, so you need to consider the application...patio speakers. And they are awesome in that regard. Compact and inexpensive, they deliver an exceptional value with full and rich sound, especially with a little EQ adjusting at the source and proper placement.

Bought this (along with indoor speakers and tuner) for outside of garage, for use in the yard - great! Good quality, easy to install and use.

Super easy to install with a Sony receiver. Clean look and easy DIY for anyone that’s handy! I waited to long to get my yard sounding official!

So many great things about these spreakers from the price to how powerful it is. I kept searching for good outdoor speakers and I came across these. Can't express how happy I am with them. Easy to install and pretty loud with great sub.

Great speakers, they provide a crisp clear sound and a deep bass considering they are outdoor speakers. I bought 4 of these and they are really good.

I read other reviews before purchasing. They are a renamed model with excellent reviews. With my current sound system, I can play some quiet music for background noise while grilling outside, or in my daughter's case, have it loud enough to have neighbors complain.

Great patio speakers. They sound great and look nice. They weee easy to install. Mine came in white and they are a true white color. Very happy we’d buy them again.

Bought these to replace some existing outdoor speakers on our lanai overlooking the pool. Thought existing speakers sounded okay when we bought the house, however these new speakers proved me wrong. Great low bass and don't need to crank up the volume to get the quality sound.

Hooked them up to a good stereo system in the house prior to exterior mounting. They had a good overall sound and the base which used to be an issue with outdoor speakers was very good. Proper placement outside should be considered to get the best sound from them.

Solid 4 star speaker. I have 130RMS watts running to them from a high end Onkyo Receiver. They sound good, although they just don't have much in the mid-low end range. Solid construction, install was easy, and they are a good option for those (myself included) who don't want to pony up for premium outdoor speakers.

I purchased these as an addition for the patio and I'm very pleased with them. They are able to get very loud whilst still retaining great sound quality. These speakers have a great frequency response and have good bass while also having great highs.
