I have two pair for my tv front and rear they are loud and clear sound great watching movies

After some research, I bought these speakers to replace aging Cambridge Soundworks in-wall speakers in a house that I recently purchased. The application was a whole house audio system updated with Sonos connect amps for 4 zones. The Polk speakers fit perfectly into the existing cutouts for the old Cambridge SW speakers and were simple to install. However, when I purchased them I thought they would provide a significant upgrade in sound, as they were newer technology, the woofers were at least 1" bigger in diameter, and they have the directional tweeter technology. That said, they do not seem to have the range (or bass) of the ~15 yr old Cambridge SW speakers. Overall, I would say these are a good value for the price and sound comparable to the Cambridge SW speakers that were a top-of the-line speaker back in their day.

This is very easy to install and sounds amazing. You can't go wrong with this.

The speakers were easy to install and paint but the sound was not as good as I expected. I originally selected a different/better speaker, but discovered some framing in the wall from the closet in the next room. I had to find a smaller/thinner speaker. The selection was not good (only the Polk). Would suggest Best Buy have a better line/selection of thinner speakers.

If you're looking for an additional pair of speakers for surround sound or a pair for a room, this is the best and most affordable speaker you can get. I have used Polk for over 10 years and they have not disappointed me. But if you want to spend considerably more, then go ahead. Be sure to compare the specs, then decide. Another factor is that Best Buy is more than willing to accept returns if you are not pleased.
