Constantly discounnects from wifi, adding alexa was a horroble idea of your tv has builtbin alexa. They will cancel eachother out. Sound id subpar for Polk. The remote bearpy works which forces you to use alexa for volke control. Only plus side is I bought it on sale for 179.00. If xou looking for an affordabke soind bar loook else where. Trust me as i have been in music fir 30 years and the sound is trash.

We are sorry for your experience with our React soundbar. There may be some factors such as room placement and acoustics that might be affecting the sound of the bar. As for Alexa, you can disable the voice assistant using the mic mute button on the top of the soundbar which will allow you to use Alexa with your TV rather than the soundbar so it does not get confused.
