Music playback is especially nice, even basic YouTube music sounds rich and vibrant. If you have a large living room to fill, I might recommend something with more oomph. But, in a medium size living room or a bedroom, it’s fantastic!

I think for most people it would be great. I had two issues with it that made me return it: - It's not super user friendly. It gives no indications on the tv screen of what's happening when you push buttons on its remote, and doesn't really tell you much on the soundbar display either. Volume is measured by dots of increasing brightness levels rather than numbers, things like that. - The bass was lacking in the subwoofer for my taste. It lacked some of the deeper levels and power that i was looking for. The JBL 2.1 was about the same price, maybe a little less, and had way better bass, but it's soundbar was horrible compared to this Polk, so i returned that too. Ended up going for the JBL 5.1, and got the best of both worlds. No regrets.

We appreciate you giving our Signa S4 a shot and providing us excellent feedback that will be used to further improve our systems. When it comes to the volume, numbers are arbitrary in how they reflect volume being heard from your listening position which is why we went with lights instead of numbers. This would allow you to focus really on how loud it sounds rather than picking a number and sticking to that.
As for the subwoofer, this could have been affected by various factors but mainly subwoofer placement and room acoustics. Placing it towards a corner could have boosted the bass or you may have been experiencing a node in your listening position which means the low frequencies were scooped where you were sitting resulting in diminished bass.
Regardless, we are still happy that you gave us a chance and did enjoy our sound bar. We hope to have another opportunity in the future to showcase our history in providing great sound at good prices.

Not as good on the bass as my Sony one that I replaced. A little disappointing in that regard. Appreciate the volume adjustment that you can make with dialogue, though.

Before making a purchase I had never heard of Polk, but sound is amazing. What I like is that it comes with different modes on the remote for Music, Night Mode and TV. This works for me

The technician said I can use just 1 remote but sometimes the TV reverts back to the TV speakers on its own

Great picture and the gaming setting is outstanding! It's true that internal speakers are not high quality but they are okay. It will take some getting use to the settings but will be worth it once you calibrate it the way you want to. When I first tried to sign in to my Google account I was unsuccessful and the session timed out, but was successful second time around! This was annoying and made me angry! I understand that they are trying to protect accounts but ridiculous! Had to purchase a new TV mount, Vesa size is 400x300. Overall this is a great TV for the price! Very Happy!
