Very Good Sound Bar

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Regarding the Bass levels, if not already, I recommend placing the wireless subwoofer in a corner. Corner placement will improve the subwoofer's performance. Bass frequencies will increase as it has more surfaces to bounce off of. If you require further assistance in troubleshooting, please do not hesitate to contact Polk Customer Service at 800-377-7655.

I have 2 of these, one upstairs and the other is downstairs and both cut out OFTEN when I am watching my shows. I have tried to move it different location and still the same thing occurs. I move them away from other appliances like my mesh routers and they still cut out. Taking them into Geek Squad to see if they can help. When it works, the sound is amazing. The dolby atmos stands out. Great value, I just wish it worked all of the time.

I have a tight square 15-ish feet living room and the sound bar is setup in the middle of the wall where the tv is mounted. I watched the Paris Olympics on it and I'll say the clapping sounded surround. I'm happy with my purchase! No need for optical, just use HDMI eARC

We are happy to hear that you are liking your new soundbar system. Please note that the wireless surrounds we produce are only compatible with select MagniFi Max AX, MagniFi Mini AX, Magnifi 2, and Polk React sound bars. The Signa series does not have wireless surround options available.

Great soundbar. Not too bassy like my LG soundbar. It is balanced and sounds great. Worth the price.

Sound bar set-up is fairly easy using the HDMI, optical audio, 3.5mm plug or bluetooth connections. The sound bar output is managed using the remote or the buttons (on/off, volume, etc.) atop the bar. The wireless subwoofer is also controlled via the remote. There are also options for different genres(e.g., music, video, etc.).
