Great movie would def watch it again it rele scared me

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED - IT'S AN OLD MOVIE. I WOULDN'T WATCH IT AGAIN

I am not a horror film fan. Would never watch most of them. But, I have always liked this film. Still do. Holds up over the test of time, except for SOME of the effects. Some are still very good but some look cheap now a days. Cast does a good job with their roles. Still, however, do NOT like the parents smoking drugs with their 3 kids in the house. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DVD. Where are the extras? No interviews with the remaining cast, no deleted scenes, story on film or effects , etc. Just a lame thing on poltergeists. Will NOT even waste my time watching that. This is supposed to be an anniversary release for the film. THEY APPARENTLY DID A RUSH JOB & DID NOT CARE TO GIVE FANS ANYTHING EXCEPT THE FILM TO LOOK AT. AGAIN, AS I SAID ABOVE, THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. This makes me rate the DVD a 4 not a 5.

This movie is about a little girl who is haunted by ghost. The whole family experiences alot of frightening things, such as a boy almost being eaten by a tree and a girl who gets sucked into a closet. There is gore, so if you get sick by the gross parts of this movie I do not recomened it. There are 2 sequels to this movie.

this is a Classic treat for all horror movies fans too see. it help make what horror movies houses and gear are today!!. you will not be disappointed in this great buy!!. it will scare you and will love it. i can't stop watching this horror movie classic !!.

'Poltergeist' isn't the kind of movie you sit down and watch every other day, but its quite a spectacle though, with some impressive special effects. This is NOT a horror movie, for those who are curious. Recommended. Widescreen with a few choice extras.

This is a great dvd with this movie on it. Poltergiest is flat out creepy and everything surrounding the filming of this movie was creepy. Very good movie here.
