Sometimes call quality is meh!. Good battery life. I use it to dictate medical records into charts using Dragon and the battery is good over that 8 hours without having to top off in the case. These are the only headphones that I have found that work with my work Avaya soft phone software

I love this headset it works amazing, its plug and play so if you are like me and use a VPN for work no need to download drivers for functionality which was extremely important as the VPN I use for work does not allow us to download them. Sound quality is great and battery a perfect 10.

I bought this headset for office use. It connected seamlessly using the dongle, and battery life and sound are great. Works perfectly after a few weeks-no issues.

Great once you learn how to use it. Noise blocking is really good. sound is not muffled at all. very comfortable around your head and can use it on either ears.

had it for a couple days now the volume is louder then other headsets ive had in the past the qualityis great

This headset, along with the Poly software that needs to be installed on your computer, works very well, and I've had very few problems with it. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the person you're talking to on the phone sounds like they're talking in a tin can. I've adjusted what settings I could find, and it's gotten a little better, but it could use some improvement. Overall, I would say it's worth the price, especially considering there are other headsets on the market that are much more expensive.

I bought this headset for my husband. He loves them . He calls to tell me the range is awesome. He left his phone in the car while he’s cutting grass or working outside in the yard . Great purchase!

LOVE IT!! I spend at least 7hrs a work day with this headset on. It’s comfortable. I can walk down stairs and still answer the phone. I don’t have anything negative to say at this time.I can go days without charging.

Fantastic sound! One small thing, I cannot get the ringer on my PC to sound through them, no matter what I do! Read the setup carefully, got my IT involved & watched many YouTube’s to no avail! So now I keep an eye on my screens constantly & feel like I don’t have to?!?! Any suggestions? We use Genesys Softphone!

Great sound quality, for both the user and the other caller. Very comfortable and lightweight. Recommended alternative to earbud style

It seemed to be built well comfortable on ear. The headset was apparently made for a junior so I had to return it. It was too small and it was the only had one side to it and I needed both otherwise look like a great product.

Headphones are light and easy to use. Minimum charge time with lasting talk time and listening time. 100% recommended! Very satisfied!! Only at Best Buy!!!

I have had this headset for a good minute and this headset has worked wonders. I use it to take calls and the noise cancellation it has it wonders. I would highly recommend this headset
