Great headset for all day work!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've really enjoyed this headset. It has enough battery that my 6 - 9 hours of conference calls can be handled without a problem with an overnight charge. I can also stream music when not on calls without worrying that I will have to switch mic's/speakers in the middle of a call. I primarily use this with the USB-A dongle. That wireless dongle can work in a Mac if you have a USB-A to USB-C adapter (included), which I used, or with the included hardwire (eww!). I like the dongle so that I can use the headset with both personal and work laptops as well as my wife's laptop without worrying about the number of paired devices -- just plug and play! I have also paired this using bluetooth to my phone. The headset supports being simultaneously connected to computer and bluetooth with mixed results -- if I get a call on my phone the headset doesn't always move back over to get computer audio after word. When this happens I have to turn the headset off and on in order to get the computer back to happy. My biggest NIT is that I have a relatively small house, and if I go more than a room and half away from a connected device the headset starts to lose connection: this is more like 25 feet, not 50 meters! If you're some kinda extreme zoom caller who is trying to do BMX tricks on your backyard halfpipe while on the call this is probably not the right headset for you. I say NIT because most of us will be happy to stay with 25 feet of our laptop or phone while we use the device, but it feels a touch ridiculous that the advertised range is so far away from actual.

Great for ALL content!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high expectations for the clarity of voice and audio on calls both via phone and pc. What I wasn’t expecting was great audio for other content too! Truly impressed by the versatility of this headset. I did not try with gaming which would be a great blend of both types of content, not going to say it will immerse you in the audio like a dedicated set but if you need to watch the budget the 4320C’s could definitely play multiple roles for your needs. I love that it has the ability to dock and charge even though that is an added expense. There is one caveat with this unit and that comes down to the speaker coverings…they are not breathable. Which translates into sweaty/moist ear. After 30 minutes of use it is very noticeable, so longer sessions I can only imagine. Taking a two minute break every 30 minutes may be possible depending on your work needs, but if the meeting is going to be longer than that, then you may need to slide one side off at a time and give rest. I docked two stars for this because that feels like some heavy oversight considering the intended use for the product and possible long term viability of the material used. The material is definitely soft, so at least no scratchiness too with the humidity build up. I can still recommend them as the audio and call/mic quality is great, but just know the ear issue.

Good but not great
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The look and feel of the headphones is good. They sit comfortably on your head and are not heavy on your head or ears. The ear coverings are pretty soft too. The speakers are good and the person on the other end will be able to hear you loud and clear with you speaking in a medium - medium high tone. The best part of these headphones is the mute button which will help you take calls on the go which is very convenient. There is no necessity to sit in front of the system to mute/unmute yourself. However, the headphones get disconnected often on their own and you need to replug the USB dongle and adjust the settings for them to start working again. So far it has not happened in the middle of calls but there have been instances of this occurring while switching calls or when the set has been turned off for a couple of hours. There have also been instances where the device gets disconnected once the call ends and we need to turn it off and on again before the next call/meeting starts. Also the volume needs to be at a full 100% to listen to the other person talk loud and clear. Overall, they are not a great hit, but an acceptable device.

Excellent headset for the office or work from home
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used multiple Poly/Plantronics headsets over the years and they have always been quality, while providing a great value for web meetings and day-to-day work environments. I sometimes swap out my work headset for a gaming headset, but the Poly models are definitely more professional looking overall. Setup on this model was a breeze, as Windows automatically recognized the USB adapter and installed the necessary basic drivers. I did install the full Poly software suite and was able to update firmware on both the headset and the USB receiver without any issues. Sound quality is crystal clear for voice calls. Audio is just ok for music or youtube, but since these are a chat/communications focused headset, that is to be expected. I have not had any problems using this headset in Teams calls, and everyone can always hear my voice clearly. I do like the speed at which the headset turns on and connects since I typically only use my headset while receiving an incoming call. Sometimes bluetooth or other wireless audio devices take a handful of seconds to connect and pass audio to it, but these are ready for a call in 2-3 seconds. Overall I highly recommend this Poly headset for all of your online communication needs.

Outstanding sound and microphone quality
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to use a headset when I worked in a bullpen environment in an office. I currently work from home and just decided to switch to a headset so my wife and son can't hear me on the speakerphone at all times, and so I can stop calling in to Zoom and other teleconference meetings. I've got to say, the sound quality that comes out of these headphones far exceeds what I could have ever expected compared to my previous Poly and Plantronics experience. These things are almost like wearing base boosting, noise cancelling headphones. When I'm not using the soft phone on my laptop or on a video conference I'm streaming music on them in the background or watching YouTube videos during lunch and WOW it's like listening on high quality top dollar headphones. When I'm using them for their primary purpose however, (work) I've been told that the sound quality on the other end of my calls and video conferences is outstanding and they're really impressed that the sound is coming from this headset. I've even given the brand/model to some of my co-workers and they're going to buy some because they're so impressed. I would highly recommend these.

No good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality on these are the worst I've had when it comes to head sets. (This is only my 3rd pair in 6 years.) I've used logitech prior to this one. I spent extra money thinking these would be awesome. The sound echoes-- like someone is far away and in a echoey room. Or like the person is on speaker -- it's very weird and awful. Not only that, but every time I go on mute, the head set speaks to tell me I'm muted which is really distracting when I'm in a meeting and have to mute/ unmute frequently. For on-ear headphones, they're heavier than anticipated and block out a lot of noise -- which I don't like. I like to be able to hear what's going on in my house which is why I like on-ear headphones. Some may like that, but it doesn't work for me. Bummer that I have to now take a trip to the store to return a purchase I really thought would work out due to the amount of money I spent.
