Excellent product. No problems with this open box item. Noise cancelling is only for the microphone.

Light weight. Microphone is easy to mute. Connects well both directly and wirelessly. Ear pieces swivel for comfortable fit. Would be nice if headset would fold flat for travel.

Great product. As a truck driver, I love it. Is clear has no static and no feedback issues. Very long battery life too.

The batterey life time is about 8 hrs really, I work in a call center. They fit confortable.

Very good headset. I wear glasses and usually when i have on ear or over ear headsets they push on my glasses ane cause pain. These do not. I also like that it doesnt pick up office bacground noise if someone is sitting next to me and talking very loud. Battery life is also good, a week on a single charge is good for me.

Very happy with these. Can hear perfectly fine. I think I do get some background noise.

Very good headset for listening and talking. Once you get past about 15 ft from computer you start to sound faint.

Its just a normal headaet nothing special.. I had ot for about 2 weeks and the mute button stopped working. If u have childern in the house. They can still hear them on the phone.. Just get a cheaper headset I don't see a difference with these headphones and the cheaper ones.

Great noise cancellation feature on the mic. After testing with a peer with the tv loud and close was told it sounded muffled but could not make out what the noise was (it was a TV blasting CoComelon). Connectivity is GREAT. I have tried a few out but the Poly Voyager 2 & this poly headset are the best for noise cancellation.

I can now walk around and talk when I’m on a zoom call.

I work from home doing sales over the phone. I hate being tied down to my desk so I purchased these. So far I am loving them, the only thing I don't love so much about them if that when I conference a call it beeps continuously in my ear. Ive tried to fix it but I end up having to turn the device on and off. I also have the issue of my mic not being muted unless i have cisco audio settings open. Can be frustrating but over all really enjoying them so far.

These have been pretty good headphones but it seems as they get older people can hesr the background noise more the mute button is my saving grace working from home with kids.

These headphones work well. I can hear well and can be heard when I speak. Only downside is the fit on my head shifts a lot during prolonged use.

Comfortable, great battery life, easy to connect, but customers still weren’t able to hear me clearly.

Great for my needs. Only feedback I have is to maybeale the band more adjustable.

Decent audio quality. Keeps disconnecting while im on calls. Very embarassing when im in meetings and it disconnects. I tried all the troubleshooting tecniques i could find. Returning the headphones today.
