I've always liked Plantronics for bluetooth headsets (for hands free calling). I got this one for my home phone (Ubiquiti Phone Touch Max). I have another one I use for my mobile phone(s).

I no longer recommend this headset due to the change in quality. Over the past two years, the quality of this headset changed. I purchased my 1st headset in 2020, had no issues with it and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately I recently lost it in the airport and purchased a new one. Because my former headset was great, I purchased the same brand. To my surprise, after two weeks, the headset broke in the area that allows the headset to swivel. Fortunately it occurred within the 1st two weeks and I was able to return and purchase a new one. My confidence in this Plantronics headset allowed me to rationalize the issue was an exception and I purchased the same one again. Well, this time it made it 30 days and broke in the exact same spot. This time it was outside of the return period. I will not be buying another one.

Excellent sound quality, both microphone and speaker

Even though I like it better than all the different Bluetooth I bought over the years, the only flaw is ear peace comes off very easily after awhile. This is the best hands free headphones except the ear peace.

I bought about three other mics before I tried this one, and this is the only one I considered keeping permanently because it was the only one that actually had good mic sound isolation, so my clients couldn't hear external noises. Unfortunately, this went from a five star product to a two star because it is not durable at all. Today, the housing cracked while putting it on my ear. If you look at the photo, you can see that the plastic is very thin. I can imagine how this headset could break after a couple months of use; just out of warranty. Luckily this wasn't the case for me. It's also odd they didn't print or store the serial number on the physical unit so that it could be accessible via the app, so other reviewers were out of luck if they threw the box away since it's only printed on the underside of the box. Before contacting support, I found other reviews mentioning a crack in the same location; some of which Poly replied to. I asked Poly if this is a known issue, and they said no, which is obviously untrue. Based on the product and conversation with customer service, it didn't inspire any confidence about the brand. I can see how any issues with the product can lead to unfavorable conditions for the customer, but favorable to the corporation.

I have owned the Plantronics Headsets (Legend; Voyager) for years, and have been exceedingly happy with their quality and their longevity. The sound quality and noise cancellation features of my recent purchase (Voyager 5220) seemed at least as good as my previous headsets; maybe even better in wind cancellation. (While it did come with a charging cord, and a car lighter plug-in, there was no plug-in for house charging. Perhaps we're all expected to have usb capable outlets?) I'll be returning my brand new fantastic headset that works so well because there is a rough seam in the body where it wraps around my ear; it is actually painful to wear, and has created a raw area. Referring to the photos: My previous headset is completely smooth, and has no evidence of a seam. On the new one, you can see the rough line of the seam.

I'M SO HAPPY WITH THIS ITEM I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS HEAD SET. BLUETOOTH. Thanks.

Excellent bluetooth headphone with nice noise cancellation feature. I am using this product since 3 years and are still going great.

I has no complaints with my blue tooth . It really gives me a calm mind while driving, I am able to focus on my driving, and others that is on the highway.

Well this is my 4 one they are good in noise reduction and hearing i always come back for this brand oh im a truck driver ;)

Have had many Bluetooth headsets and by far this is the best one yet that I have owned. I also purchased the the charger case.

Great product my third or fourth plantronics Device and i won't use any thing else! Battery life is a little less than previous model but still makes it through the day.

Love this earpiece ! Third one i've purhased. can synch two phones at the same time and take alls on either one. The only thing i found that bothers me is the shape of the earpiece... gets slightly uncomfortable after wearing all day. Best one i've found though.

I've used many Bluetooth devices and come to find out that the Plasatronics Bluetooth Work Best for me!!!!!!

this is by far the best earpiece i've ever found. it really has a nice range on it. i could not believe how far away it works. i can leave my phone in my car and go into a store and still answer my phone, if i'm not to far away. it has never disconnected like my other plantronics earpiece did. i am very happy with this one. i bought one for my sister too its that good.

Easily connects to whatever I ask it to. Clear audio and great microphone output.

It’s very comfortable and doesn’t pick up background noise which is a big ordeal for me.
