I bought the in ear because when I have my hair done in certain styles the over the head headset don’t fit Not comfortable Would not recommend I’m a dump truck driver the sound/noise quality wasn’t bad… the design sucks

And unfortunately Best buy doesn't offer a extended warranty on this headset any longer. Making this review on 8/19/23 I purchased my last new headset on 8/6/23 and it stopped working on me today like the last one I had for 13 months what a shame looks like I will have to exchange it for a new one and see if it lasts longer than three weeks

This last replacement lasted less than a month but due to the pandemic it’s that much harder to get it replaced in store... and getting it thru the mail was another ordeal. This has to be at least 6th time I’ve had it changed plus the $20 I’m charged each time..
