I was incredibly impressed by the audio quality of the Plantronics Focus 2 UC Stereo Headset. These are the best quality headphones I own with respect to both music and voice calls. I admittedly enjoyed listening to music less in recent months, but this headset delivers music in a quality that makes it a joy to listen to. They may not fit in my pocket to carry with me, but when I go out for walks or even when I visit the local gym for cardio exercise, I will carry these first. The Automatic Noise Cancelling features add to the perceived quality of both voice and music. When I made a phone call to a person with whom I often test phone calls, they responded with a "wow" concerning how clear I sounded in the call and to my listening to the call that also sounded clearer than with the earbuds I was using before this. The headphones are a comfortable fit in my case, and once I put them on, I didn't notice any discomfort. Unlike earbuds, I won't have to worry about if they're about to pop out of my ear. The headphones charge on a stand, which plugs into a USB port. On my desk, my computer had a spare always-powered-on USB port, so this was convenient to have on my desk. Bluetooth pairing mode was enabled easily by sliding the power switch a little beyond the on position. Pros: -Insanely good sound quality for Music -Unbelievably good sound quality for Voice calls both on the Microphone and Headset -Noise Cancelling that works well and leads to high quality voice calls as well -Easy volume control on the side of the earpiece -Comfortable -Easy Bluetooth Pairing (from Android, and even my Windows PC auto sensed it in pairing mode) Cons: -None noticed

I recommend these for any professional trying to conduct business in a busy office. They are super comfy, wireless, and the noise cancellation prevents others from crossing over into your conversation.

Sound quality is great, good range, and good battery life.

I am very happy with this product. Have been using in day in day out in my back to back office calls and never had any issues. The ANC in mic is excellent and filters all external sounds making your voice heard clearly at the other end. The shift from laptop to mobile is very smooth and no compatibility issues observed in using it with Teams desktop and mobile app. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a headset that had amazing noise cancellation to drown out kids in the background. This set works like a charm. Couldn’t ask for a better headset to do just this! Only con: distance on them isn’t that great. Have to stay near the computer.

Great for remote work from home and kids in the background. Just sometimes it disconnect and then connects from the PC when it's at 70%. Overall I recommend it to anyone that is working from home

Such a great upgrade from my cheap corded headset. Its very convenient to be wireless during calls and its extremely comfortable.

Was super excited for this headset. I have the original voyager focus headset and have used that frequently with no issues for the last 3 years. Figured at some point it will probably go, so I might as well upgrade and use my old one as a travel headset for work. Got the voyager 2 in the mail yesterday. I set it up, put it on the charging dock overnight and assumed it would be fully charged in the morning. It did not, and infact it will not charge at all despite my best attempts. Downloaded the poly lens software, updated the firmware on the headset and the USB dongle (the headset took a long time and had to get creative with how to do it, because again, it will not charge). Despite this, it still will not charge. Will definitely be returning it for a refund, not sure if I will even attempt to exchange for a new one. The only reason I am giving two stars is because for the brief time I used it today, it worked very well. Very disappointed and frustrated.

It works as advertised. I can be in an extremely noising environment (think a crowded loud airport) and people think I am in my quiet office. I can also hear them very well since this covers both ears. The noise canceling is good (but not amazing). For the purpose of work phone calls in a busy environment, this is my top pick after having tried others.

I work from home and they work great for canceling out the surrounding noises.

Sound quality is great, both speaking and hearing. The only reason for the 4 star is the ear pieces rub your ears. If you are wearing them for an extended period of time they can be really painful.

This is the best headset I have used for work. I can switch between using it as Bluetooth or the USB dongle. The noise canceling is really good.
