Light on the ear; lasts 6-8 hours of heavy to constant use during teleconferences and/or ZOOM meetings. Good sound and mic quality.

I am a repeat purchaser of the Plantronics Voyager Legend over the years as I can't find another bluetooth headset that performs better that has an over the ear style for using a cell phone. It has good sound quality and noise cancellation as my SUV can be noisy. My main complaint is that is does tend to lose connection easily. It will go in and out quickly and then I'm back connected to my party. It is annoying. I like that it is comfortable to wear compared to an earbud and not easily lost.

Love how it doesn't go into your ear and how comfortable it is. The sound is great and people hear me clearly. It's flaw is that because it sits on your ear; it doesn't always fit so comfortably if you have thick glasses. You can also have similar issues in today norm of wearing mask.

The charging mechanism is not very sturdy as it is magnetic and has to sit on the charger exactly correct. You can think it’s charging but the connection is not perfect not allowing it to charge. The earpiece itself works great and for the hours advertised when fully charged

Average sound quality & volume. Lightweight, easy to put on. Not sure yet if I can recommend.

I purchased this as an extra to have. When one set needs charging I have a replacement. Love the clear quality of this headset and the charge lady 7 hours. It is comfortable too. I can walk around and still have clear quality.

It’s fits comfortably in the ear and it have good sound quality and it last me 2 to 3 days charge.

Love everything about this device especially that it comes with 3 different size ear pieces that lock into place. Sound is crystal clear on both ends. Lightweight and comfortable on your ear. Hours of use and fast charging. I definitely recommend this device. So glad I made this purchase.

PRO: Great Quality, microphone, sound, all sound great. Easy to use. CON: Doesn't seat in ear correctly. Charging wire is specific to unit. Needs universal android charging wire.

Bang for the buck you can't beat this unit. Nice size, light weight, decent battery life, charges quickly, clarity is very good, background suppression is excellent. Lasts about 5 hours so I got two for long drives. I charge one while using the other.

Works like a charm! Easily connected..charges like it should..volume control..fits either ear...loving it after a week. Returned to Amazon one that crspped out after 3 days. Always count on Best Buy for quality products. ..

I love the durability and the ease to change ears and the sound quality. The ease to know how to mute and volume control. No complaints with customers from my work from home laptop. I could be in the kitchen and my laptop in another bedroom and it can still reach. I’m not great on measuring but it’s a good distance. Every other day I would need to charge it. But I can go through two work days with it on before I need to charge at the end of my second day of the shift.

The headset has good quality sound and a comfortable fit. The charge lasts for about 7 hours & the magnetic charger cord is a plus where you don't have to worry about broken prongs.

I’m a teacher. I use it with my Windows school computer so that I can walk around my classroom and speak at a normal volume so that my in-person kids and my remote kids can equally hear me. The noise cancelling is great because my remote kids say that can’t hear the loudness in my classroom during group work. I work around this by repeating answers from in class students so that remote kids can hear. I also have a Samsung Android for personal use and an iPhone for work and the BEST part of this earpiece is that it connects to both phones at the same time. Sometimes I disconnect if from one phone and it’ll be connected to my computer and my phone at the same time! The other night I went to bed with it, forgetting I was wearing it - it is extremely lightweight and comfortable for all day use.

Love this bluetooth. Very light on the ear.Very clear when talking to someone. No issues with sweating. Light weight, no burden on our ear and comfortable. Would buy again. This is my third one in five years.

Had another plantronics that I have now replaced. Big issue with that one was the lack of automated calling features. This one has it and learned easily. Get a full 5 hours out of a charge. BIG COMPLAINT- you can not charge this with another plantronics charger that had all the bells and whistles. Comes with a short little cable that is magnetized to stick to the earpiece but nothing to place the headset into for carrying around when not in use. This headset would otherwise get 5 stars.

Been the best blue tooth i've had. Get a full 7 hrs. use out of a charge. But stays charged much longer when not in use. Small and secure fit. No complaints from me hearing or anyone on the other end hearing me.

I love this earpiece. I have gone through several of this exact one and I have tried several other styles and brands and this one is hands down the most comfortable on my ear and the best for the person on the other end to not hear all the noise around me. The multi mic system this has makes all the difference, I can be talking to my mom for hours while walking through stores and she can hardly tell I am out anywhere. It would have to be a loud scream from a child near by that would make her ask what was that. Otherwise she doesn't hear any of my background noise like she did with all the other ear pieces that I have used. This is the best and I will continue to use this exact one for as long as they make it.

I bought this one in 2021 to use for work, but I already had an identical unit that I've owned for years. There are a lot of newer bluetooth headsets out there that have more bells and whistles, and are optimized for this or that. Here's the bottom line--if you want something that "just works" like I do, this is what you should buy. (For comparison, I tried Samsung's Galaxy Buds in Q2 2021 and returned them within 24 hours.) I like this because it's simple and straightforward, no complicated gestures to learn or anything like that, just two simple buttons. Great call quality, lightweight, and a surprisingly lengthy battery life, even after years of use.
