Fantastic filament but not quite as matte/dull as I'd have liked. I printed quite a few things with this, including my 3D printer tool holder and the riser for my CFS (multifilament system) and everything looks great.

Polymaker Matte PLA has been one of the easiest and most reliable filaments I’ve used so far. It feeds smoothly, prints cleanly, and the matte finish hides layer lines exceptionally well. On both the Bambu Lab P1S and P2S, it required zero tuning—just load, slice, and print. The dimensional accuracy has been consistent across multiple spools, which makes it great for functional parts and aesthetic pieces alike. I’ve had no issues with clogs, tangles, or inconsistent extrusion, even on long 10+ hour prints. The charcoal black color looks premium and produces a very professional-looking surface right off the bed. It also adheres well without warping, but still releases cleanly once cooled. For anyone wanting a dependable matte PLA that just works, this is one of the best options available. Excellent print quality, no issues, and flawless performance on both P1S and P2S.

Reliability: I didn't have any issues with clogging or tangling. It feeds smoothly, and the bed adhesion is solid. Finish: The matte look is nice because it hides layer lines better than the shiny stuff, making prints look a bit more "professional" right off the plate. Ease of Use: It’s PLA, so you don't need a crazy setup or an enclosure. I just used standard settings, and it came out fine.

This was the first filament I ever bought and it's really good stuff! I tried bambu labs filament and it made me realize how well polymake winds the filament! Seems like a small thing but sometimes the filament will just randomly knot up and can ruin a print. These also come with resealable bags and silica gel packets so you can keep the filament safe when not being used. The bambu labs bags are not resealable. Polymaker is my go to at this point.

This prints real smooth. Love the matte finish is smooth.

I really like the end result I get with this filament type. It came out very smooth and I don't get any mistakes.

Great PLA for your prints. I have never had any issue with Polychroma and great colors and finish.

This filament didn't work in my bambu labs ps1 but I'm also a newbie so maybe this was my fault. Either way it didn't work

This is my new favorite filament. Excellent color and super easy to use and print with and have had no issues with multiple prints now. I’d highly recommend it and I’ll be getting more.
