Disappointing experience for a time-sensitive gift

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The order was delayed with little proactive communication, and when I reached out for clarity, my concerns were largely ignored. Instead of addressing the issue or confirming next steps before acting, a replacement was sent without alignment, arriving too late to serve its purpose as a Christmas gift. This was meant to be a meaningful, personalized present, which is why I chose a custom option in the first place. Timing and communication are critical for gifts like this, and both fell short. The product itself may be fine, but the overall experience was disappointing and stressful during an already busy holiday season.
