I don’t even have long nails that could be causing this. Otherwise, product is fine but this is very disappointing

Poor quality

To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. If the above does not improve the issue, then please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.

My previous phone case had a popsocket build in. At first I was hesitant as to whether the magnet would be strong enough to hold my phone safely. It works perfectly and am so glad I purchased the IPhone MagSafe OtterBox case along with the PopSocket. Love the clear one especially.

The pop socket itself is compatible with other magsafe cases. Tap to pay is not affected and magnet doesn't interfere with Samsung SPen.

The magnet is very strong so no worries about my phone possibly falling . Magnet makes it super convenient also for when you wanna switch cases don’t have to worry about your popsocket being stuck to just one phone case . Also comes with an adhesive magnet in case your phone case doesn’t have MagSafe

I like this round design better than the old pill shaped one, and it comes off easily enough. I was hoping for less bulk with this newer version, but it’s still pretty thick. If you keep your phone in your pocket that’s a real factor , not so much of one of you keep the phone in a purse or bag. It’s a good product, very high quality.
