I love the updated version of this Popsocket mount. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra (not a light phone) and it actually holds it in place as opposed to its predecessor. The type of vents I have in my car and with my phone being so heavy the last version couldn't hold my phone in place. This version is thicker so it makes sense. The last version was smaller than the new one.

I use this everyday to give me a safe no hands necessary cell phone use. I clip on to the a/c vent and it works great

Well, it works, and it's nice to have a pop-socket that is removable. I used it when using google maps for driving directions on my phone, and I had it mounted on a verticle vent. The one issue was that the weight of the phone caused the vent to move back and forth. I'd like for the phone to stay in straight view when using it for google maps. But still, I guess it's worth getting if you want a removable one instead of on that sticks and stays on the dashboard.

Works well in my husbands truck but not in my Cadillac...at least not for the Samsung Note 9. Not enough support in the Cadillac..the 9 is kinda heavy for the vents and nothing under it to support it - like in the Suburban.

I paired this up with the magsafe popsocket for the iPhone 13 pro max. I’m usually weary of vent holders for cars as they normally fall off due to my small vents. I will say this thing holds in place and phone doesn’t go flying ( I’m a fast driver). I would say it works well with the weight of the new iPhone, the only minor inconvenience is it has to be pushed in occasionally to re-secure it. Other than that I would recommend.

This item works as described. It holds my phone on the vent with my MagSafe PopSocket nicely!

Holds a little looser than the original version and can allow some rotation but extends the phone further away from the vent and works with all Pop Sockets. Overall an improvement.

Works just as intended and doesnt feel like it's going to break

Got it for my husband to use in his car because he could not find any mounts that properly fit in his car and this was the only product that actually worked. Worked with Samsung Z Fold 4 and 5.

Great for use with popsockets. Unfortunately it will not fit the vents in my brand new car. I’ll still use it but not in my vehicles.

Bought this for a rental truck that didn't have Carplay connectivity and was hoping to use this for my phone but it would not support the weight of my iPhone 14. It would just fall right out of the vent as soon as I let go of the phone. I ended up taking the popsocket off and buying a different phone mount.

Ease of use and can move around. It even holds heavy phones with no issue! Great quality!

In concept this is good however for whatever reason the parr that clips to my vent never stays put! I love how i can hook my phone holder onto it but the phone spins around while driving because its not a tight fit.

I love this little iPhone gadget, especially when I’m driving as I can enter map quest on my phone and follow along to destination. Well worth the $9.00 price tag.

Works, issues w/ instructions not being great but I figured it out. I have one break before but I think it lasted 3 years so worth it for sure
