This is a perfect phone holder if you have a pop socket. If you don't have a popsocket, I highly recommend getting one and getting this car holder. It has come in super handy on long road trips and it is very sturdy. I have owned it for almost a year and have not had any problems with it. It is very long lasting. I also enjoy that they have created different colors for this car holder.

I originally purchased the car mount that had the adhesive backing, but quickly discovered there was no good spot in my car to use it. On my next trip to Best Buy I grabbed the one that mounts in the vent. The item seems to work well, but my only frustration with it is that the weight of the phone causes the vents to always face downwards while in use. All in all it does the job.

I bought this because I finally bought into the hype of having a PopSocket on my phone and I travel back home to my mom's a lot and using my GPS on my phone, I don't want to have to keep looking down at my phone while driving. Having the PopSocket holder for the car vent is very helpful because I can be able to see my GPS in front of me instead of looking down and not being fully focused on driving. It is worth the $15!

This fits nicely on an air vent and does not fall out, nor is flimsy. It holds the regular iPhone and the iPhone Plus with zero issues. The only reason it's not getting a 5 is because when the phone is in it, the air vent is partially blocked, not allowing the air through. This is also my 2nd pop socket holder. We've had one in our car for a long time.

Been looking for best solution for iPhone plus series car holder and was the only solution besides suction cup or cup holder for my auto. This works ok but still loosens up from vibrations. Like almost all vent mounts its good but not a permanent fix. I have used the PopSockets adhesive mounts on my other auto with great success.
