Good comedies are rare these days especially for mockumentaries but this movie captures the crazy life of a famous pop star and his silly antics. Definitely lowbrow humour that will absolutely make you laugh!

This is basically Lonely Island the movie. The story of a fictional pop star who is completely over the top. If you are a fan of the Lonely Island music and videos than you should find this movie quite funny.

The third in the Lonely Island films this one is by far the most focused and consistently funny, Hot Rod was light and scattershot, much like an early Sandler film, MacGruber was a straight action movie spoof, whereas this one plays to everyone strengths and clearly achieves everything they set out to do.

I'm a big fan of "This is Spinal Tap" and "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story", so "Popstar" is a perfect fit for me. It hits on all the annoying traits of today's music acts and the industry as a whole. The music is dope too. #doinkdedoink.

Overall this movie is funny, stupid sure, but funny. I was hoping it would be "hot rod" level of funny but sadly it wasn't. But I enjoyed it and I got it on sale for $5 so it was worth it!

This movie was funny. A little slow. It's a fake VH1 storytellers type movie. I don't remember much of it. I watched it less than 6 months ago. Rental is good. Maybe not purchase.

Sure you're on the top. A huge fan base. Then, you lose it all because you become worried about your life and why your not funny anymore. The fan base wants to know????

This is my favorite Seal movie. Batman Forever was pretty good too, but Ceal wasn’t even really in it. This is his finest work as an actor. Too much full frontal male nudity though. Can’t believe Seel would allow it, but if he does, then I guess it’s ok.

By far my favorite comedy of the year. If you like turtles, the Mona Lisa, and Adam Levine's hologram, this is the film for you. The perfect film for when you need a mood boost. Let Conner take your mind off of how much the world can suck. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

The Lonely Island does an amazing job with the Mockumentary formula and packs this movie full of great songs, characters, and jokes. If you missed this one in the theaters it's a great watch and the blu ray is packed with extra scenes and a great commentary track.

Faux documentary about Connor 4 Real and his struggle to stay on top/relevant. Humor is crude but the songs are funny and there's a lot of celebrity cameos.

This is a great movie if you enjoy the ridiculous comedy stylings of the Lonely Island. I thought it was hilarious and a great mind numbing movie!

Lot's of laugh, crazy characters, if it wasn't for all the bad language I'd say a great movie. But it was a good movie.

This is absolutely hilarious! Perfect length for a comedy to keep your attention. Lots of great comedians are in it and has a great and funny soundtrack! Awesome!

Crazy movie. Ridiculous and sometimes idiotic jokes, but that should be expected from the lonely island guys. Spinal Tap for a new generation.

Lonely Island never disappoint, if you like them you'll love this. Saw it in theater and bought it, plenty of special features, 30+ mins of deleted scenes, outtakes and music videos. Looks great and sounds better, the bass HITS. StyleBoyz 4 Life
