I have only used it a few times, but so far I like it. The base is flexible and can be adjusted to different dash types, the arm is sturdy and the ball joint holds the GPS clip just fine. Good alternative to the windshield suction clip.

I was leery of this product because I don't trust any sticky type consistency because for me they never stay. I didn't want to attach my Garmin to the window and I was even more hesitant to buy the weighted stand for a Garmin. This product is doing a phenomenal job of staying put and no it isn't completely sticking. It hasn't moved at all. This makes me think the other Garmin product would have been great as well. Great product! Definitely recommend and it won't damage your car or whatever you plan to use it for!

This item works exactly as advertised. my gps no longer creeps around on my dash. I chose this vs windshield suction cup because the cup always comes loose at the most unexpected time. This stays put !!

Works very well in Honda CR-V. So far it seems pretty stable and it puts the GPS right where I want it. This hasn't happened yet but, my only concern is that in a hard braking situation it might slide forward.

Works very well with my GPS system. Only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that it does leave a slight sticky residue if you remove it from the dash.

Very unique design, holds in place well, utilized downslope of dash and held well. Movement variations are also very adequate. After a year or so will see if jell like base still holds to surface.

This is my second purchase of this particular mount. I like that is has a modable shape, so it works on all sorts of dashboards. With a little experimentation, you can get it to be pretty stable even on very bumpy roads.

This item works pretty well to keep the GPS in place. However, when stored the stickiness of the bottom means you have to be careful no t to stick it to something in the console.

It’s a flexible durable thick rubber. It holds a 5in GPS. It’s easy to adjust and easy to connect to the GPS. However, I it does take up some space. Fortunately my dash is pretty spacious.

I love this. I was having trouble keeping the garmin in view. This way I can keep it on the dash and move it to the floor when I park. It keeps it out of the sun and out of view of potential theft!

If you have a flat dash like I do it works great to keep things off your windshield. It stays in place when making turns or going over bumps!

This mount does it's job and stay's put on dashboard. I like that it not a vision problem like the ones that stick on the windshield.

Normally I use the windshield mount, but with the cold approaching 95% of the time it will fall off. This mount stays in place and doesn't move when making sharp terms or when hard braking. You do have to bend it to make it fit your dash, but it is well worth the money. A lot of people have stated about a residue being left behind when removed but I haven't seen it or experienced it. I highly recommend this product.

Good if you have a fairly flat dash . The bean bag mount works better on curves. It holds the GPS surprisingly stable , and doesn't fall off and scare you like the suction cup does . It does leave residue on the dash though , and I can see that if you let the underside of the base get dirty , it would lose it's tackiness . Probably could clean it with alcohol or similar.

This works great. Only problem I have sometimes is reattaching the gps to the device when I have taken it off to enter info. Otherwise very stable and keeps the gps in one place.

This is so much easier than sticking a suction cup to the window. Further, by not having that little circle on the window thieves are less likely to be aware you have a Garmin.

Bought this because my car has a very deep dash and didn’t like where my Garmin sat when attached to suction cup. This works better than the weighted stand.

Holds Garmin steady on dashboard; flexible base adapts to contours of dash. The only negative is the silicone residue it leaves on the dashboard; I'm hoping this will fade over time.

I bought this for my husband to use with his new Garmin. He loves how well it stays in place - no matter how hard he starts or stops!

This is a pretty good base for my GPS, very solid and has some weight. It has a non skid bottom that helps keep it from moving and sliding on the dash.
