Install was great, would go back and refer others. Only if service is the same.

Used total tech support for the install so was good price. Installed quickly. I had bad USB adapter from amazon which I was able to replace later and working good (part of the katabar package installed). Checkin process is long. Had 2 installed in 2 separate cars - I had to move the camera over to left on license plate as it was installed right where door handle was - works good now.

No words is good enough only thing I can do is hopefully send more business there way

Kenny was very very nice. I told him to treat my car (New Hemi Challenger) as he would his own. He did a fantastic job….beyond my expectations! I’m very happy…..

Got a bit late and I still got a fast installation. Really near work done!!!

The Geek Squad installer did an awesome job. He hard-wired my GPS so it comes on when the vehicle is started. No more wires showing from the window mounted GPS to the 12-volt outlet. Add in the back up camera install into the GPS and I personally couldn't have asked for better service.

Had a 12 pm appointment for radar installation. When I arrived, the tech had all my paperwork ready to sign, all the info I needed and was ready to install my detector. He said it would take an hour, it took less than 45 minutes. Beautiful job with the radar holder I had brought in along with the detector. Could not be happier.

Shawn Cash is the best installer, for any electrical issues on the vehicle. He has installed several of our GPS and radio's fix .. mostly installed GPS

The backup camera inside the rear view mirror is an excellent product for older vehicles. The image is clear in daylight as well as evening, and it's designed to be just like what would be in newer cars with factory-installed backup cameras. The installation cost was as much as the camera (total was around $400), but the Best Buy folks installed it perfectly (not a DIY project).

I can see why this Best Buy is always booked for installations. Ruben was so nice to squeeze my car in for a dash cam installation. He did an amazing job and was done ahead of schedule. He was friendly and efficient even when he was juggling working on the sales floor along with working his department.

Geek Squad evetually solved a relatively simple IT process change problem with my account that was completely with Best Buy's IT process controls. Their IT people need to be more customer focused. The local Geek Squad solved the problem after two hour long visits.

Excellent installation service. Install is no longer covered under tech program, but worth the $80 for an experienced professional to do it by appointment in a little over an hour.

The installers did a neat and very professional job installing my radar detector. They even took the time to ensure the remote for the radar detector was placed in such a way to make it easy to reach. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of car installation.
