It is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment with GS auto specialist at Santa Fe Best By store. Work hours listed on the door - never honored. Store manager was not able to make an appointment on their computer. I called GS head in Denver - they said no need an appointment - just walk in. How do I walk in if guy is never in there? All associates, including managers, cover him saying; He just was here, He is not here, He is gone, etc etc etc. I stopped by during a day (and many days) so many times - he is never in his auto shop. Finally, one manager was able to give me an appointment and I got a confirmation/reminder on my email from GS. Guess what: same story. He is not here, everybody trying to be nice to me and cover him. They said; please, leave your device here.He will come and fix it for you by 4 pm. Guess what: I came at 4pm. the guy never showed up at the store. I grabbed my device and went to a different business and they fixed it. Question: Why do I pay this membership for????

I had installer hard wire and hide my radar cord. Now it comes on when I start my Ram and no cigarette lighter.Great!
