I do not know if it’s BB policy or not ... but I would recommend Omar whether you bought your device at BB or not. He is very knowledgeable and and fast but NOT in a hurry!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation included using the "Peripheral 12V DC Adapter" ($14.99) so that the Garmin SmartDrive 65 was connected to the car's ignition avoiding having to use the car's 12V DC connection. The "Adapter" was placed behind the radio & out of sight. I would recommend this type of installation which makes it more convenient to use the GPS & eliminates the clutter of the unit's power cord.
