The gentleman which installed my radio was knowledgeable and courteous. He was the only installer on duty and his day was full. He explained the process and asked for my input. He was more familiar with the product than the sales staff.

I installed the satellite radio myself. The radio worked fine, but the installation was not pretty. Best Buy's Geek Squad professionals reinstalled the radio. It looks great! No messy wires.

The SiriusXM commander touch screen can mount in certain areas of the dash to make it look integrated. However my 2017 Altima did not, so the tech fabricated a mount for me. I appreciated the extra step on the already professional installation.

My last remote Geek sqaud serice was excellent. this in not always the case. Depnde on which assocaite you get. My recommendation is that if your service doesn not procedd well, end the call and try another associate.

This purchase, along with the satellite radio and XM service was a bundle purchase. This was also a gift for a friend for Christmas that is especially hard to buy for from time to time. This was a very well received Christmas present as this car did not have satellite radio in it until now.

They install my Sirius Radio was smooth. Everything was finished well. I'd recommend them for any vehicle install. It would have taken me days to get this accomplished, but they did it during my lunch break.

KIrk and his crew are the most knowledgeable installers I have ever had install electronics in my vehicles. I own a fleet of over the road and local trucks in Orlando and Ocala and always bring them all the way to Port Richey for my electronic installs.

I received my Sirius XM radio from Sirius and went to Best Buy and talked to Cameron who told me what I needed and how long it would take for him to set up my radio in my Escape. Awesome job and I was glad to pay the price for the installation. Thanks again!!!

Had Best Buy install the system for me (after my wife had hers installed a few months back at a different Best Buy) and they were completely courteous. Had an medical issue and they were able to re book me into an appointment super fast. Great service guys!

The installer at the Merrillville Indiana store is the best. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable is what describes him. And actually everyone who works in back at the store.

The Best Buy install guys recommended this direct connect thing, and they were right, it makes a HUGE difference in the sound quality of my Satelite radio. Was more than worth the few extra $$ to purchase it and have them install it. Thank you.

We had to wait a very long time, way past our appointment time; not the installer’s fault. There was only one installer there and he was doing the best he could. When he got to us, he did an excellent job in a timely manner. In my opinion, there should have at least 2 installers at all times.

Rep was able to adapt Commando Touck radio in 2005 Stype Jaguar's ash tray for a custom install which allowed satellite radio not to be seen when closing ash tray cover thus not drawing attention of install.

I had purchased an Onyx-Plus Sirius radio in part because there was a "free installation" that came with it. I went to discuss the installation with the Geek Squad car audio installer and learned that in order to really install the radio such that it looked like a professional install -- that is, there would be no visible wires -- that it would require a lot more time that the "free" (or normal install) would entail -- probably a couple hundred dollars more. So, the install was going to end up costing about 4X the cost of the radio. I decided to just skip the whole thing and just play the music on my phone. The guy was friendly and professional (had been doing this for many years) -- but also was up-front and honest. In this case, "Installation" didn't really mean Installation.

We had a previous car kit removed when our new one was installed. The installer gave us the option to leave the old antennae because he said it might damage the car. We appreciated that. The new installation was perfect. No problems.

Bravo Zulu to the Marion and his Air Force Vet co- installer who was able to quickly track down a problem I had after getting home with my recent installation. Marion has performed installations for me before and does exemplary work.

My experience with my Sirius car radio was great. The in store installation team was great and on time. They were ready for my appointment and did the installation within the promised time. I would highly recommend Best Buy install program
