I like the install guys at Mid Rivers Best Buy, but this last install, they didn`t listen to me. I bought the Sirius Radio 360L receiver that goes in a dock in the car, and I bought it to blutooth it to the car and the boat stereos. They sold me an FM antenna for I think 19 bucks, and when I picked it up it was playing over FM radio 88.9. Very aggravating, and instead of 2 wires sticking out the back I have 3. I was going to go back and say something, but, I have been able to play sirius on the boat blutooth player, and if I can`t get that going I`m going to take it out of my car, and get the module that goes in the dash, there`s no reason to have this dock on my dash.So, I`ll inform them of that if I come back for the uninstall/install

I had the satellite radio receiver removed from my old company car and installed in my new one. The shop guys got me in and out quickly. The quality of their work is excellent. I have had this task performed at least six different times and the have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone

Milton and Carson did an excellent job of hooking up our microwave!! They were experts and did a great job. There was a lot of hard work and expertise needed. They were very nice guys as well.

The Geek Squad installed my XM radio. They got it done faster than I expected and it works great. I will use them again in the future have more things I want done. I just didn't know they did things like this.

The agents always find the best position and space for my install. This unit looks much cleaner than earlier models and has great sound. it is a bit tricky sometimes with the touch screen, but otherwise, a good unit for my purposes.

I made an appointment online for my XM radio to be installed in my new to me car. I arrived a few minutes early. I was welcomed and was told to drive my car up front. We were told that the car would be done in 1 hour. We asked about the area for a bite to eat. We were told of several restaurants. We left, and had something to eat. We returned in 1 hour. The car was done. I noticed the satellite antenna wasn’t mounted on the rear roof. He told me that he installed it in the car near the window. He said that is how he installs the antenna. I said I would try it out. The XM radio has good reception, I am a believer in the placement of the antenna.

I've had this service done before in a different car and they keep working faster and very professionally while clean. None better, highly recommend this service.

The service department installed my XM radio in my truck. It was completely quickly and thoroughly. The installation personnel worked efficiently and installed the radio so it was easy to use and could be easily accessed from the driver's seat.

Though it took a little longer than expected - more difficult; the installations was beautifully done and everything works well. The technician walked through everything with me after the install. I'm very pleased!

I’ve had satellite radio in all my vehicles since way before Serius and XM merged and have enjoyed it immensely. I recently leased a new vehicle that did not come with a factory installed satellite compatible radio. So I turned to the experts in all things electronic “Geek Squad “ and as always they had the solution. They installed this unit in their always professional manner and it was everything I needed to have my favorite Serius XM channels in my new vehicle. I’ve read the other reviews about other people’s dislike of this receiver but as for me it does the job and with the free installation I received when buying this unit I couldn’t be happier.

this review is about the personnel more than the equipment. Brandon has helped me with Satellite installs for many years. He gets the work done on time and when he is done it looks like factory. Any subsequent glitches are taken care of quickly.

Very happy with the install of my SiriusXM radio that I was a Christmas gift. I also installed a new CD player and very happy with the results. I did have to review the manuals for the use of the radio and the CD player, but the install was quick, and very professional looking. Great job!

I been a huge fan of xm satellite since 2014. I need one for my new truck. I decided to buy the receiver for my truck and use my radio ID from my old vehicle to my truck. I love it!

I have had an installation of satellite radios, in three vehicles over the years, at Best Buy and all have been done professionally. I have never encountered a problem with this service. The tech employees have always done an excellent job!

The Geek Squad agent installed portable satellite radio, in a timely manner; it has worked efficiently with no problems. I strongly recommend the Geek Squad and Best Buy equipment. Price was comparable and affordable.

The Geek squad installed a Sirius radio for which I provided all the components furnished to me by Sirius Radio. These 3 guys were soooo efficient getting things ready to install it was scary. They told my wife and I come back in a hour and it will be done. They called us in less than an hour and walla---there was the radio installed and working. Plan to spread the word about these 3 guys who were there to satisfy the Customer and work hard for the Company. Outstanding!!!

I had Best Buy Geek service install a Sirius XM satellite radio in my 2011 Subaru Outback. The install was quick and seamless. My vehicle's interior was in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off, and considering he had to remove all the inside panels to install everything-I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the install perfect-the installer took time to help me call Sirius and get my radio up and running. He also gave me detailed instructions on how my radio worked. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with everything and knew how my radio worked. I can't express how happy I was the service.
