Nice functional radio receiver. However there is one issue that I have noticed with it is the the change station buttons glitch and get stuck to infinite forward or backward. You have to turn the receiver off sometime for it to go away. The only solution I have found is switch channels by pressing the fwd/ back button separately each time, which is an issue if you are browsing from the middle towards the end and have to go through about 100 channels, clicking the next channel button one hundred times.

The install was very straightforward - getting with someone to set it up and order parts took a couple of tries. I know it's not as simple as it seems, but BB needs a slightly better procedure. All in all, though, installed everything looks good and was done well and the XM Onyx radio is a great improvement over the seven year old unit we had.

The agent answered all of my questions and provided great feedback and went out of his way to locate the last item they had in stock that I wanted.

The auto Geek Squad install of my SiriusXM radio in Avondale, AZ was fantastic! The tech and I discussed where to put the radio and he did an awesome job. It was completed ahead of schedule and looks like it came from the factory. He was very professional and takes pride in his work. I have and will continue to recommend the Avondale, AZ auto Geek Squad!!!

Had geek squad install sat. radio in my mercedes benz c-300 cabrolet. The install was fairly complicated and involved removing part of the center console as well as splicing several wires. The work was done with precision and without damage to anything. A great install!

Just what we were looking for. Portable sattelite unit for our jeep compass. Major kudos to the Geek squad installer for a job well done. Efficient from top to bottom. Explained everything, and even welcomed my feedback on the install. Highly recommended.

the guys at Geek Squad did an excellent job but the guy that worked on my car admitted that the job beat him up fairly bad.The job that we were told would only take 1 to 2 hours wound up taking 3 to 4 hours. That is what he admited to me that it was tougher than he had anticipated . But non the less radio is installed and working fine

the guy was excellent! was not easy to install! two radio stores wanted to charge a lot more and did not know what they were doing!!

I like the install guys at Mid Rivers Best Buy, but this last install, they didn`t listen to me. I bought the Sirius Radio 360L receiver that goes in a dock in the car, and I bought it to blutooth it to the car and the boat stereos. They sold me an FM antenna for I think 19 bucks, and when I picked it up it was playing over FM radio 88.9. Very aggravating, and instead of 2 wires sticking out the back I have 3. I was going to go back and say something, but, I have been able to play sirius on the boat blutooth player, and if I can`t get that going I`m going to take it out of my car, and get the module that goes in the dash, there`s no reason to have this dock on my dash.So, I`ll inform them of that if I come back for the uninstall/install

Milton and Carson did an excellent job of hooking up our microwave!! They were experts and did a great job. There was a lot of hard work and expertise needed. They were very nice guys as well.

Kia dealer probably saved a buck 98 when they ordered my new vehicle without Sirius xm. Thank goodness the pros at Macedonia Best Buy had a good price on a receiver and a fair price on installation. Thanks to Kyle B. And his partner in auto installation For a job well done.

Outstanding Job By Mobile Electronics Tech (I Believe His name Was Patten). He Replaced Old Unit And Installed A New Sirius Radio In My Vehicle To Perfection. He Worked Quickly And Efficiently .... Looks Great .....Very Positive Experience .... Would Recommend Him Highly !!!!

Tech installed my Portable Satellite Radio for receiving SiriusXM music. Installation was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Tech was courteous and was amenable in responding to my questions about the radio. Would recommend this service to anyone needing a portable satellite radio in their auto.

I needed a Sirius/XM receiver to offset the boredom on long road trips and this really fitted what I needed. Ability to store multiple stations I listen to and have a bright easy to see screen makes if perfect for me. I had it installed at Best Buy and they did a great job - no hanging wires and everything hooked up correctly first time.

I bought this satellite radio and had GeekSquad install it. I opted for the wires to be hidden and such, so it cost me a little bit more then I was expecting but well worth it. THe radio works great and is simple to use. A matter of pressing the arrow towards the right for your categories or up and down to change the channel in that direction. Also you can change the color on the background, other then that there are not many "special" features like some have. But I didn't need or want all that.

The two guys who installed my satellite radio were awesome. They explained everything to me and hid the cords so the car doesn’t look messy. They did a top notch job and were so nice. I recommend get Best Buy to do your install.

The Best Buy auto techs were great and found a perfect spot for mounting the docking port. This is the second vehicle they have installed one on for me and they did an excellent job. I have one XM radio, one subscription and a port for 2 vehicles and my home stereo ! Sports and news, weather and music with NO commercials!

I had the satellite radio receiver removed from my old company car and installed in my new one. The shop guys got me in and out quickly. The quality of their work is excellent. I have had this task performed at least six different times and the have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone

The Geek Squad installed my XM radio. They got it done faster than I expected and it works great. I will use them again in the future have more things I want done. I just didn't know they did things like this.

The agents always find the best position and space for my install. This unit looks much cleaner than earlier models and has great sound. it is a bit tricky sometimes with the touch screen, but otherwise, a good unit for my purposes.
