I recently had Best Buy install an XM radio docking cradle on the dashboard of my pickup truck. The installer did a professional job-the radio works fine and all the wires are hidden beneath the dashboard. The price was very reasonable too.

The Tech was friendly. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to complete. Meaning I had to go some where and spend more money until they were done. I was quoted a little under $100 over the phone. I paid almost $140. When I went back to pick up my car, it wasn't quite ready, and I was told that I needed to purchase some thing else in order for it to work properly. I was tired, & ready to go home, so I told him to just forget about. That led to a refund of $48, and him not installing the radio the way we initially agreed to.. Needless to say, the radio isn't working properly. Plus, I had the device set in a certain position for a while and it was stable. After I left the store, the device fell off, because he snatched it up and repositioned it ! I wanted to take it back and tell them to fix it, but I know that I will be mad if they ask me for more money !

I was really impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of the installation. Made it look a lot better than i expected. I think his name is Ryan, and i would highly recommend him!!!

The person who installed this in my vehicle did a great job everything was clean no exposed wires,mounted the head unit it exactly where I asked him to.

I was very pleased with the short amount of time it took to install my SiriusXM radio. John was very knowledgeable about the system and what was needed, and let me have input about where to place the unit.

We were leaving for a long road trip and wanted to have our satellite radio installed prior to the trip. It was short notice at Xmas and the installer was able to fit us in. It works very well in our 14 year old vehicle.

I usually do this type of thing myself but i decided to leave this install to the experts. I went in ahead of time to talk with the installer to ensure that i was purchasing the proper SIriusXM unit for my CRV. The installer was very helpful through this part and then helped me set up my appt. My installation was done in a very timely manner and they called when it was done. The price was right on the mark for the work that they performed and he was more than willing to show me all that he did and took his time to explain it to me. Very professional install as well, i am so happy I didnt do this one myself! I will be back.

The Geek Squad member welcomed me warmly. His knowledge was excellent. The item that we ordered was not actually what we wanted and he helped me change my order. He installed the radio in a very timely manner and did an excellent job. I asked his name, and repeated it, but as it was an unusual name, I don't remember it. He was a young, Asian man and I wanted to give him a great review! He was professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable! He is a real asset to Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

Service was excellent. Service person knew what he was doing and did a great job installing the Sirius radio. This is not the first one we have had installed and each time the service has been excellent.

I use the portable dock in the yard and use the new setup in my car for sat/radio while on the road. I get 50's, 60's rock and any ball game when available. My wife is from Baltimore so we enjoy tuning in to Oriole games.

Very professional install for my satellite radio, no wires showing, put the base in a good place in the car that does not interfere with anything else and the job was done in a short period of time.

My wife purchased the radio at a Best Buy competitor. The Northtown Best Buy said "hey no problem, we can help you". Insatallation was very quick. Dropped it off in the morning and picked up that afternoon. Installer was very friendly and helpful. Very professional installation, have had no problems.

Should have installed this years ago. Works GREAT! Never have to search for a station on long road trips. Marc (Geek Squad) did a very professional and clean install. Highly recommend!

I bought a portable Sirius xm radio for my vehicle and needed to have it professionally installed. The install took just over an hour and was installed perfectly, no wires showing. I am very happy with the install.

My seriusxm radio was installed faster than they said it would be. I did return to have it mounted in a different location that only took about 5 minutes.

My 2007 lexus did not have the factory installed xm and was going to run over $1000 to have it put in. This was a much less expensive and easier way to have it. Love the device. Works great.
