Installed XM radio in my car, it was really easy and quick, sounds pretty good, .....I have and old pre 200 model auto

Very convenient to add this to an old truck. You can also dislodge this & add it to portable Sirius boom box. I’ve had this for a while.

Alfonso did a great job installing my Sirius/XM radio receiver. Unit works great.

The installation was of high quality and the technician was able to determine where to place my radio in what was a very limited number of options. However I had to wait three days for an install and I was only able to get the radio installed because of the cancellation. I also was told I would have to buy a special wire from another shop that ultimately was not necessary for the installation. I have not had the opportunity yet to return the wire and get a refund. Although Best Buy has those wires they would not accept mine even though it was still in the package because at their request I purchased it somewhere else.

The guys installed my new sirius radio adapter flawlessly. Not only does it sound great, but it was installed & mounted perfectly. Very pleased!

I received satellite radio as a Christmas gift and needed it installed in my car, as I realized it was too involved to do it myself. Best Buy did a great job installing it! The staff members were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain to me how to use the radio. They quoted me a price for the installation, and when I went to pay, they let me know it was actually less than they thought because they did not need to provide a part they initially thought would be needed. They easily could have had me pay the original full cost. I highly recommend the Danvers Best Buy for radio installation!

They did a great job at installing my satellite radio. It works great. I've had no problems. They even showed me how to use it and how it worked.

Adam was fast and did the job right, vehicle was promised and ready when Geek Squad told me, happy with the way the radio works.

The installation was smooth and hassle-free: however, when I tried to make an appointment online, they said installation was free with purchase and to "just come in." I was not about to visit the store mid-summer in Vegas without an appointment so I made one anyway and had to have the charge waived. Five stars for the service and three stars for the aggravation of making an appointment.

The agents did an outstanding job installing siriys xm on both of my cars. Everything went perfectly.

The tech worked with me to find the best placement and even made a custom mount to keep the radio cables out of sight and still be easily reached from the driver's seat.

They took my car in at the scheduled appointment time. It took about 2 hours, but worked fine. There was a slight install problem, as the unit stopped working that evening, but they took it back in the next day and fixed it - there have been no problems since.

I set up the SIRIUS Radio installation appointment during the holidays, so I was unable to get an appointment quickly due to the heavy workload, which is understandable. Even considering that, my appointment was within two weeks. The installation technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and even researched a couple of installation options relating to my car make/model. I couldn't be happier with the installation process!

The auto-tech service providers Christian and Garry for my 11/4/21 appointment, and the provider whose name I didn't get for my 10/24/21 appointment all did a great job in explaining the work necessary to install my Sirius radio. They answered my questions in detail and showed interest and expertise in their manner and approach . The finished product was perfect. I will highly recommend this team.
