    Lasted only two years, just like the last one. It’s so flimsy. And I taped it this time to prevent wear and bending. Futile.

    Overall, very happy with faster charging for my Surface Pro and I use it as an extra wall charger for my Surface Book 2. Con: slightly heavier and larger than the standard Surface Pro wall charger, but increased charging speed makes up for it

    The charging design on my lap top is terrible. Because of the location and type of connection no matter where you sit to use the lap top the wires in the cord become bent and break. This is my 2nd replacement cord in less than 1 year. You should be able to purchase the 1/2 of cord that contains the connection and not the whole cord. The laptop it is for is great just cord placement style needs redesigned.

    Old product was lost, but this replacement was great...and ordered correctly the first time, thanks to a savvy sales person! Did not need the extra length of cord to power source, however.

    I lost my power supply and needed to replace it. This works perfectly. Best Buy shipped it in a very timely manner. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    If you have to replace the surface book adapter 102W is the only way to go (65W takes too long to charge). Connection seems sturdier than older versions. Hopefully it will last longer.
