The thing is designed poorly . from the length of both the cords involved to the usb port on the side and the quality blows it barely been two years of babying this thing and it today it doesn’t work anymore !!! it’s the cord lengths they are odd and the heavy adapter has to supported on a table or something but the plug in side isn’t very long to reach the table from an outlet and it cause it’s to be pulled off the table from time to time or puts stress on the wire at it’s base . so i’m assuming this is why it doesn’t work anymore not freaking sure cause there is no obvious damage or severe falls or bends so screw this company for making crap . another 100 down the toilet .

Unfortunately, 5-months after purchasing my third power cord at $125.00 each (includes taxes) the power cord is no good. I work in the Emergency Department in a hospital as well as an Advanced EMT in rural Maine, I rely heavily on my Surface Pro, especially for training updates (COVID-19, updates are constant). I love my Surface Pro, as I have owned it since 2014, however the power cord is a different story.
