It works amazingly well, I really like it and the color customization.

The only reason this controller got any stars is because the paddles in back provided extra buttons because a bumper broke. But now a paddle has also snapped. I don't push the buttons very hard either. I game more since covid but I don't play as much as others. I've had this controller since September (only 3 months!). Still, the quality of this controller for the price is unacceptable. IF you game maybe once a week, this COULD work. But that's not common for our time. PowerA, stop skimping on cheap plastic and give your customers better. Spending just $15 more on a better controller will go a long way. These are cheap, not worth it, and this was my bigger spend recently on a "nice" controller. Pretty disappointing. Look elsewhere. Pictures provided to show the damage. Again, regular gameplay did this, not button mashing.

The controller was easy to use with my computer. Simple plug and play. The optional left and right fingure buttons were easy to set up and it remembers my choices even after unplugging. Would buy another in the future if needed.

The two programmable buttons are such an unreal game changer. I set mine to be the stick clicks and absolutely love it. Quality wise you get what you pay for. It's going to break but so will a controller from Microsoft and this is cheaper.

I like how the controller looks like the quality is pretty good especially the buttons in the back.The three trigger lock is pretty good for me. It helps me a lot. With most of the game that I play. I would recommend this controller for everyone who is on a budget.

Honestly this controller turned out to be almoat perfect. It works amazingly, has wonserful extra functions and buttons, and reaponds nicely. My only complaint is the joysticks are a rough material and after hours of playing might bother your thumb.

My son loves it! I know everyone likes wireless, but it is so nice to not pay a small fortune in batteries.

The rgb lights are really nice and I like I can add two different colors at the same time to the controller. The configuration is also pretty straight forward using buttons within the same controller.

I meant to actually take this back, but considering it doesn’t work it might go back on the shelf. So, in the RGB app, it says that there is a rotation of the colors option (rainbow/wave) and it doesn’t do anything. The lights do not rotate. The colors are dim even in very dark areas. The dpad was broken and every time I would use it to move the curser up or to the right (Minecraft inventory) it would force the curser in the opposite direction. And not only in Minecraft but in other games as well, straight out of the box it had that issue. I stopped using it and put it away so I was able to take it back then waited a while because I didn’t have the chance, then forgot about it unfortunately. Tho if it didn’t have the spas issue, it would of been alright and I could deal with the RGB being all weird.

This device was great, best wired controlled is had so far. And then soon as the return period ended, the right trigger became non functional . So now I have to either take it apart and hope it's an easy mechanical fix it just eat the cost and realize I'll be replacing it often, or pay extra for the protection plan

Very responsive controls, super comfortable and intuitive design. It offers very good button customization options and while the rgb controls are a bit weird, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. Lots of cool color combinations.
