I had a small gift certificate to use up before it expired, and when I saw this, I knew it was the right choice. The charging cable that comes with the PS5 is too short to span the distance from the unit to my couch, so I wouldn't be able to play and charge at the same time. This cable fixes that problem!

This USB C cable was what I needed. Being longer than the cable supplied, i can easily plug in my controller and jeep playing qithout worries of accisentally yanking my PS5 around. Works well to charge my headset too. Bonus is the PS branded plug, which matches nicley with the console. Have jad no charging issues and wpuld tecommend this to others.

I like that this had the SONY logo on it and it is pretty durable. It's a good length if your wall outlet isn't close.

These PowerA-Cables for PlayStation 5 have really come in handy. This is an excellent product. They are easy to use with the PlayStation 5 controllers and are just the right length. The cables don’t get in the way of my other components, and they are color coordinated with the PlayStation 5.

Everyone knows by now, PS5 controllers do not hold a charge for very long. Its the right length so you can sit far away from your tv and PS5. I need to buy a few more just in case they try to discontinue this bad boy

This cable i much longer than yhe factory one. I like it because i can continue to play my game accross the room when my battery is low instead of letting it charge near the console

I really got it for my PlayStation Portal. It charges fast. I believe it's 60W in charge speed, even though i couldn't find that exact info on the packaging. Very long cable, which is perfect for gaming while charging on the PS5 controller and Portal.

PS5 controllers batteries wear down kinda quickly. I would hate to be in mid game and the controller is dying. With this you can continue playing and charge your controller at the same time. The cord is plenty long to reach your lounge chair to continue gaming.

This does exactly what its supposed to do... charge a PS5 controller. However, the extra length afforded by this cord will be useful since the new controllers' battery lives are 3-4 hours at best.

I must admit that I didn't buy this for a PS5 or and XBox..... I bought this as a charging cable for my kids to use while in my van. It is very durable and can hold up to kids bending it and the length is perfect.
