Product Never Delivered

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On 4/10/2024 at 3:07PM I received the text from Best Buy saying that the product had been delivered to my doorstep by UPS. I was at home, so at 3:08 PM I went to check my front doorstep and all surrounding areas. No product in sight. I then checked my security cameras, which showed no video recording from 1:59PM to 3:08 PM (when I went to check if the product was on the porch). I checked my neighbor's doorsteps, no product. I then went down the street to another house that shares my house number (but a different street name) and no product on the doorstep, and nobody home to answer the door. I placed a call with support and identified that the product was never delivered by UPS and am waiting for a refund to be processed. This is strange as UPS has delivered Best Buy products to my house before.

The other one had a trigger defect kept automatically triggering. Manufacturer replaced the trigger defect. The replacement got stick drift shortly after. Will not likely purchase another Power A.
