The same thing occured with this one. Definitely looking for a new brand.

I really appreciate the carrying case, extra "face plate", custom mappable buttons and USBC. I have just one issue and it's that the switch that adjusts the back triggers has gotten loose on the right side and moves itself back to the middle option over time when I have it set to highest. I fixed this myself by stuffing part of a pencil eraser inside the switch and taping it over. This fixed the problem, but now if I want to move the switch for a different game I'm out of luck. Otherwise, I would still probably buy this controller again. It's an absolute steal compared to official Xbox controllers, at least for me using this on PC.

Back paddles work great and are easily remapped. Right trigger didn’t work well on the shorter stroke settings. Left one worked fine. Overall a nice upgrade from stock.
