Sounds like you’re crushing an empty water bottle when using it. App on the Xbox won’t work to calibrate it or change button layouts. It’s weird how you have to change button layouts just using the remote. I currently own the elite series 2, game air se, and the original Xbox remote that comes with the console. I rate the powera at the very bottom out of all of them. Do not buy.

I also found out you can program 2 buttons to one on the back of the controller. Feels good as well, just seems lighter than my old controller.
