The sticks didn't move on any game but the buttons worked. I'm hoping that its just me and im not familiar with it but I've watched 2 videos now since and seem to be operating it correctly.

I’m very technology illiterate so it may be the cause. But I will say that I am very good at reading instructions and am not able to use product.

Not for Note 20

It did sync but the controls would not work. It might work with other phones but it didn’t work with my model.

One point of advice is connect the controller to the phone with the cable, reduces the input lag significantly.

I bought it for XBox Cloud gaming. There was some lag between the game and controller. I think it was more a software issue rather than controller.
