Bad product, or bad luck?

I actually bought another one originally, but the A-button got stuck inside of the controller. Luckily I got the warranty and Best Buy replaced it. Unfortunately, the replacement I got did the same thing. The lights on the controller are cool and the size and shape of it don't make it uncomfortable. The only problem is the button sticking, making it unusable. A friend of mine bought the same one and hasn't had a problem, so maybe I just got unlucky.
