If you want to chat in your games this controller does not have the stuff

Lights were cool, not as bright as It shows on the box and doesn't have a port for chat/audio.

Controller works well and is responsive but requires being connected via cable

Works fine for what it is, I use it as a back up when my batteries are dead.

For a corded controller with pretty lights its good, headphone port kinda sucks

Works well with my son’s desktop. No issues and no complaints.

Pretty good deal, too bad dog ate th e cord 2 days after purchase.

I purchased this XBox controller for my 11 year old grandson. Less then 3 weeks, the front controller button was "stuck" and would not work. I returned to Best Buy with my receipt to exchange it, and was told that it was past the 2 week exchange period!!! What?? For $39.99 I expected this Xbox controller to last longer then 3 weeks and expected Best Buy to stand by it's products. After having to talk to someone higher-up then the service clerk, I was able to exchange this for a new one. You bet I also purchased the $9.00 - 2 year warranty too!! XBox should make a better product and Best Buy should stand behind their products for longer then 2 weeks!!

This is my 11 year old grandson's third controller that has broken in the same area within 3 months. He is not hard on his electronics but for some reason, the front right button on this XBox One controller keeps breaking. Now that I have finally read the other reviews for this item, I can clearly see that this is a manufacture flaw. If you are going to purchase this controller, I fully recommend the purchase of the extra protection plan. Trust me, you will be needing it. So, for the fourth time, tonight, we are off to Best Buy for a exchange.

This controller is great it has great functionality

Broke one month into use. Upper right button no longer works and they didn't even throw it against the wall when they got mad. Forst time I have had a controller stop working like that amd my kids can be rough on stuff.

The controller R1 button stopped working only after an hour of using it on my pc. I didn't take it back or anything because I threw it and it broke into pieces. See how easily this shattered I wasn't surprised it broke so easily. I've thrown controllers before but not because it wasn't working and none have ever broke this easily. I I have a POWER A controller from December 2017 and it lasted an entire year before the thumbsticks started sticking and now I'm getting an official xbox controller with adapter for pc.

I purchased this for my son. He was thrilled with the color spectrum. But after only a month of use, the buttons are sticking. Good thing I purchased the insurance.

The controller did not last 2 months before my son encountered an issue of a button that is not responding. I opened a ticket to the manufacturer (PowerA) since 12/15/16; they had me filled a form and we exchanged a few emails in which they kept asking me the same questions over and over. I even wonder if I was dealing with a bot. Up to now, I haven't heard any other feedback from them albeit I sent 2 more follow up emails. If they can only imagine what 4 weeks away from game means for a kid!

Purchased to use with PC and Xbox. My stepson complained that it would not connect to his laptop and that he had latency issues when using it with the Xbox.

Purchased for my daughter's PC but did not work. Not sure if i read the instructions correctly but product did not work or connect.
